Yang's storyline here didn't just got an extensive fleshed out therapy, it took a bunch of liberties with characters like Tai, Neptune, and Neo with distinctive moments. It was one of my favorite parts about the show, and I'm happy to see it be done justice here. As are the RNJR and Blake storylines. Blake and Sun making a wonderful duo while sharing natural moments with the Belladona family (even talking to the parents about the days at Beacon for an instant). And the thought of consequences lingering within RNJR as they debate about the right choice while keeping themselves together mentally (paralleling to the hostile argument JNPR had, showing some growth among RNJR). That said, the death of Sienna Khan's not complete justice. Give her and Adam/White Fang members a battle, and it can make for a dancing blood bath while showcasing how those of a lower stature than her can operate efficiently under a single. Absolute. Mind. And I feel as though Ilia here sounds just as possessive as she did in V5. Her confession fits better way later down the road. Maybe even worded differently.
We should have gotten a fight between Sienna and Adam for control of the White Fang be it a short scuffle or long doesn't matter, just don't have the leader of the White Fang go down so easily.
The budding friendship between Neo and Yang is probably the most unexpected thing I've seen you pull --and do so gracefully-- to date. V4 was already head and shoulders above the rest of the main RWBY canon, but damn if this isn't one of the most impressive things you've done in the entire Fixing RWBY series.

Sun saying "why are you telling me?" is all I need for the sin of Blake monolouging to Sun about all things faunus as if he didn't understand anything about his own history
To be honest, I still would have had Sienna put up more of a fight against Adam. Just have a mini fight scene between them to show she's at least competent, but of course have her be eventually overwhelmed by Adam's soldiers. Still, an awesome video. Nice job.
I think her being stabbed before she can react makes sense. If she actually is a formidable warrior then Adam would likely know this and thus kill her before she can actually fight back. If he gave her the time to fight back or potentially alert any loyalists she has of his plans than that could cause issues for Adam that can easily be avoided by just killing her now. Adam killing Sienna the way he did isn’t a bad thing, he’s a antagonist, he should be competent on some level. So for this reason I don’t think Adam killing Sienna is inherently a bad idea, the show just needed to use her more effectively and actually give her more than a few minutes of screen time, which this reconstruction of RWBY did so I personally think it treated her better than the actual show did.
eh, does it really matter? Sienna has never shown up before in the series. And she’s not relevant going forward. What do we gain in the story by having her suddenly be competent for a fight she’s going to lose anyway? Might as well get it over with sooner so we can move onto more important stuff. I suspect the only reason people care so much about Sienna is her design. If she looked more generic, I doubt anybody would care how quickly she gets offed
He enters the door with three soldiers. She likewise has 4 soldiers, 2 on each side of her and behind. They argue briefly, Adam impassionedly, Sienna cold and practical, the soldiers a mix of determined confidence or unsurety. End it with Adam saying "Why don't we let the people decide, and he gives a look at each of the guards behind her." One of them stares him back right in the eye but the other three turn to face Sienna. The fighting breaks out as suddenly as an old west showdown and, while she and her remaining guard manage to kill 4 of the soldiers, he gets shot, she flinches, and Adam stabs her.
My question from the previous video has been answered! Also, love the friendship of Neo and Yang and hope you can switch out the script in RWBY well enough to accomadate for the season 6 pair up between Cinder and Neo.
I still have some issues about the white fang subplot myself, personally discussions on racism and prejudice should challenge people viewpoints on it, and I still have reservations on the stances due to the fact I’m a minority I hang out and know many other races white, mexican, asian, hawaiian etc etc and listening to the last video’s standpoint I still feels needs tweaking. (racist subplots are suppose to educate the viewer on the rights and wrongs on the subject.) The “eye for an eye” stance is very with all due respect singular in terms of racism, systematic oppression, killing faunus who didn’t relaitate for no reason, having them work in slave mines, protesting for 80 years with no change, laughing at faunus that die, calling them freaks, brushing off racist encounters this is a world where faunus have had nothing but horrible encounters. Continuing on that line of thought blake has interacted with humans willing to change and faunus happy to live with them. So I still think blake’s stance should be her against Illia’s violent measures and against racist humans. (and no she doesn’t want Illia or anyone to kill racist.) but her stance is that instead of condemning all humans we should focus on trying to get humans to educate their racist others or outright brushing off racist individuals in order to make the world better for every race on it. Hopefully you’ll see this message is with all due respect meant to be constructive and not an attack or belittling your writing.

*-racist subplots are suppose to educate the viewer* Except if the viewer already knows that racism is bad there's nothing to get educated on, that's why I think the focus when it comes to racism plots should either be to get the viewer to empathize with a victim of racism or to preach a general "two wrongs don't make a right" anti extremist message.

I’m interested to see where Neo will go from here. I was a concerned that the Roman backstory was jarringly irrelevant, especially considering he is dead. Perhaps not. It feels awkward to tell a flashback from the perspective of a character that is ultimately no longer plot relevant, especially when the character the flashback is ment to service isn’t even present until much later down the line.
I don’t think so. I mean Roman Torchwick was a character who could fight well without some Semblance, it would be pointless to give him one when it doesn’t fit with the arsenal he uses. And let’s be honest here, not every goddamn character needs a fucking Semblance. Characters like Roman and James don’t need to be given Semblances when they are perfectly capable without them. To be honest the Semblance they gave Ironwood is so stupid that it frankly shouldn’t have been a thing, you shouldn’t need a Semblance to have this basic thing called determination.
@@ryancarson6962 Fiona’s semblance is designed for theft, not combat. Could easily explain away certain things like how he is able to steal entire crates of dust and a whole as paladin without anyone noticing. Probably wouldn’t be so pessimistic about characters having semblances if the writers were more creative with them. There is so much more you could do with semblances that fighting. Like Raymond said, someone’s semblance could simply be making good potato salad. A sprinkle of creativity would help around here. The more characters with cool semblances combative or not the better in my opinion.
even though neo have no memory of her time as neo as jane doe how come she attack yang? Does this prove that and knowing roman proves that she knows her time as neo?
Neo's not impulsive and she's proven herself cunning. She has a nice thing going for her with the rehab. Why out herself, especially in a weakened state, when she now has an avenue to locate someone she wants dead and can kill her in her sleep without anyone being the wiser? It's much less risk both physically and socially.
Now rewatching after V9, was there any reason for Neo to kill Yang apart from she being Ruby's sister? I assume she is petty enough to kill someone over a bit of a scuffle but is a chance at kill really worth probably be caught? Considering Yang convinced herself Neo is not Neo?
I mean Neo was going to kill Yang on the train before raven came in. As it stood in early RWBY Neo was seemingly set up as a rival for Yang. It somewhat makes more sense then gong after ruby who she barely met
I can see why, even doe i dont agree with such notion. It goes back to the original rwby. They set up things like discrimination, ptsd, depression, etc.. But then they refuse to follow through with it, either backing away or resolving the plot in the most unfullfilling way ever. Here on the other hand, he is actually trying to tackle what it was set up, which may make it seem "edgier" than the original RWBY, even doe alot of it were things that were somewhat set up/implied in the original series. Also, adding dead bodies back on the second volume, on grimm atack thing, im neutral about it, but some may see it as "edgy". Also added conflic and attachement involving characters that were pretty much nothing characters on the original series, with more backstory, with their own issues. . In general, most things some may consider "edgy" that were added i see it as enriching the plot. This is all just a theory doe.
Fuck I just realized something! Tai yang is gonna get a video from the airship crash and Neo is gonna blame ruby for the death of Roman, fuck I really like chaotic neutral Neo NO!
I assume because it wasn’t necessary or relevant to the plot. Sienna didn’t exist prior to V4. And she’s not going to be a factor going forward. Why give her a fight she’s going to die from anyway when you could just kill her and get to the important stuff faster
@@FraserSouris im just saying that adam could have proven that he is a strong leader to lead the white fang thorugh battle, just like maul beat pre vizla in a fight and claim leadership of deathwatch.
@@andrewsung3965 We already have plenty of proof that Adam is strong in combat in the past 3 volumes, and we are going to get more examples going forward anyway. Plus in Celtic's version, he's still actually leading the White Fang It would be redundant to have a fight specifically show him as a capable leader
14> Neo's natural hair color is brown as opposed to pink or heck even this doe you found. I know it's to make it more plausible to the audience that Yang thinks she's hallucinating but that's only because it's perceived as a more common hair color to us. People on Remnant have unnatural hair and eye colors with the titular character herself having red highlights that she inherited from her mother. Also why get rid of Neo's heterochromia? It's an integral part of her character, removing it is the equivalent of getting rid of Toph's blindness. If you wanted to get rid of it to make it look like a more "normal" color you could've expanded on her character design by changing her heterochromia to sectoral heterochromia. This version of heterochromia has it so that the same eye has different colors which is much less represented in media since it's extremely noticeable and thus not seen as attractive like with its counterpart. It would've been really interesting if Neo had the second type but used her Semblance to change it because she's insecure about it which also leads to her changing her hair color. Another bit of characterization that can be portrayed through character design is making Neo's actual hair length be short so that it's harder to grab in a fight. TLDR no short pink haired, light/dark brown sectoral heterochromia eyed gf, why even live? 14> Yang should know that Neo's Semblance is illusion based so her going from pinning her to a wall to windows shutdown noises seems a bit much. 15> I know Yang was trying to cover for Neo but she should've gotten a little bitter at Tai after he mentions he's getting someone to look into Neo's past since him not believing her back then is what lead to her almost getting assassinated a minute ago. Like she lost her arm after no one believed her in s3 so why does this just roll off her? 15> So illusion = invisibility now huh? Buffing Semblance is just bad for the story. Giving them temporary modifications by using Dust is fine because it comes at a cost but making it so Neo's Semblance is now better than both Ren's and Ilia's Faunus traits is just ugh. 15> Hey man I like Steven Universe too but why the fuck are Blake and Ilia crying? Like this isn't a major leap in a character arc and neither character has been established as someone who easily cries. 16> Yang's new arm shouldn't be able to make certain words no matter how hard she tries since it should have limitations in movement that a normal hand wouldn't. This is a replacement not an upgrade, the more the audience goes cool robot arm the less we care about her losing her original one and how that affects her. There's also the opportunity to have Ruby tinker with it later on but not be able to make much of a substantial improvement since she specializes in weaponry not prosthetics. 16> Yang isn't mad at Blake but instead disappointed… No. There should be a diversity in how people react to things, you're constantly having everyone be understanding of one another and it's dumb and uninteresting. Like it's not even worth pulling up Google to look for a synonym, it's just dumb. Yang is known to have random outbursts of anger so just let her act in character. It's a lot more interesting if Neo is the one to make Yang go from being angry at Blake to disappointed over a season instead of already being there when it's first brought up. There's also the idea that this question pisses off Yang so much that her Semblance flares up for the first and only time this season in the form of her eyes turning red so Neo has to piece together what happened while walking around (this one) egg shells as they travel together in s5. 16> No shown Yang v Neo 2. It works here but just always keep in mind that the show became famous for its fights so don't tease a fight more than once a season. Remember this is RWBY s4 not RWBY v7… Wait didn't you also tease a fight between them back in ep13? Yeah it works for symmetry since they're now friends but the least you should be doing the second time around is showing the first half of the fight. 17> Pyrrha whispers to Ruby in the back of her head? I'm gonna take a swing in the dark and guess this is the story arc you said you set up for the next season. It's probably gonna be some Silver Eyes / Avatar State thing where instead of getting advice from your past lives you get it from those you've seen killed. Idk the line just seemed out of place and you really should've elaborated on it/built it up more. The only other hint I can think of off the top of my head is the nightmare Ruby had all the way back in ep1.
The Yang and Neo friendship is gonna make things tragic if she still wants revenge on Ruby. I love it.
But she only wants revenge because of Romans death which didn't happen in this universe

Yesssss Neo apologia I love it
even though neo have no memory of her time as neo as jane doe how come she attack yang? Does this prove that and knowing roman proves that she knows her time as neo?
Neo lied to the doctor, she still has her memories. That's what the smirk at Yang was supposed to signify.
Really. Because from what i am thinking. If neo does have his memories then she should have attacked yang at that spot.
@@CelticPhoenixI see. Looking at your reply, I understand now.
Finally. It’s gonna be a good one 🖤
@Celtic Phoenix Productions Did Neo actually hide her original hair colors?
Her natural hair is brown and she produces the color gradient she prefers.
I can't get the fact that Sun looks like sin from guilty gear but with both eyes out of my head
ITS BEEN SO FUCKING LONG WTF I FORGOT ABOUT THIS AHHHHHH
Yeah, definitely did justice to Sienna. Trust me.
Chrome daddy is the best doctor in remnant
When is the last episode coming out before or after volume 8 just to know
We'll find out together! XD
How the hell is your Fixing RWBY series considered “edgy”??
Why was there no adam vs sienna fight in this video celtic phoenix?
Fuck I just realized something! Tai yang is gonna get a video from the airship crash and Neo is gonna blame ruby for the death of Roman, fuck I really like chaotic neutral Neo NO!
Yesss
how come you did not include the fight between Adam vs sienna khan celtic phoenix?
Plus in Celtic's version, he's still actually leading the White Fang
It would be redundant to have a fight specifically show him as a capable leader
@@FraserSouris okey that is fine. Because I read a script about it before this rewrite vol happened. the author is "Unicorn of war,"
