Medical PTSD is a real thing. We’ve called 911 for life threatening events several times now for my daughter and our entire family is traumatized. Glad to see you all helping everyone work through the feelings that bubble up.

Poor little guy! We just had one of the kiddos of one of the couples in our Sunday school class split her nose open in a fall during a potluck/bbq we did. Her shirt was covered in blood…it was drenched. Yet, all she needed was one stitch. I am so glad he is doing well and I love how attentive and caring his siblings are. The panic with your child never goes away. My daughter had a headache several days and got her to go ER. They tell us they need tl transfer her another hospital that she has a bloodclot in her head. I was panicking and I couldn't think. Thankfully it wasn't a bloodclot they thought they seen. She did have viral meningitis. My daughter is 34 so no panic never goes away. I'm so glad J is going to be fine. I love that little boy. 😥
I too and glad it wasn't worse. I have been waiting for this for a long time. He and Bodie are the same, they need to be told to slow down. You always do things to keep them riled up. Okkayyy.... I'm just gonna say it.... before I do, just know, all the kids are cute and special. And all are amazing . BUT! For a long time now It sure seems that God has a special hold on Baby J. It's something quite captivating to watch,... he says and does things that seem .... different than most kids his age. I mean he just bounces back so quick! Its really cool to watch. And that sweet voice just melts me!

Bode, I know you love Jensen to your last breath. You are an amazing big brother and I know how scary these kinds of accidents are. Unfortunately accidents happen and that is why they call them accident. As a mom, myself, I know I could not protect my kids from having an accident. All we can do is pray that the accidents are few and far between. You keep on being the wonderful brother that you are.
So glad he’s okay! Peroxide will get the blood right out. Put layers of paper towels between the layers of the shirt and liberally spray peroxide on the spots. Then wash with cold water. 😁
