  • The visit is free and worth the drive. Just an hour from Philadelphia and 1.5 from New York city.
We heard about it from our niece and nephew who have been living in the vans they built for the last two years. They have there own unique journey if you would like to check it out - @NomadMcKayla @Art_of_JAR
We had a lovely time visiting the beautiful campus. We were mesmerized.
The Swaminarayan Akshardham campus occupies roughly 180 acres. The temple is gleaming of marble and stone that depict stories of Hindu scripture and about 10,000 statues. Its spire reaches 191 feet into the sky.
We also learned about a young yogi named Nilkanth Varni who at age 11 took a journey from 1792-1799 all around India. His 49 foot statue greets you at the entrance.
I take pictures to refer back to read and remember the times we had wandering life. I am amazed at the many things we end up seeing when we search for them where ever we are located.
We hope you will subscribe and stay tune for our next wandering video or kids videos they want on here for memories. As this is a space we are creating for home videos and sharing that with you now. Enjoy!
