I'm not a geography buff so had no idea where St Tropez was located. I'd love to see more homes from the area, maybe some on the average man/woman scale. BTW, that suit is the bomb, and your so lucky to have a tailor capable of that workmanship, and style. Not sure about the bare feet, but I used to do it also when I was your age, so? 😁😎👍✌

Not many televisions, not a lot of concrete, mediterranean style roof, a nice garden. Just class.
I appreciate that there were minimal tv's. So unnecessary.
You can get similar for 10 million and it will probably max out your expected value.
At the end it is a house, as long as it is not in Monaco 🇲🇨 St Tropez 🇫🇷 Cannes 🇫🇷 Liechtenstein 🇱🇮 , San Marino 🇸🇲, Malta 🇲🇹 or Gibraltar 🇬🇮 where space Is limited and/or tax advantages given it is smarter to not spend the 💰since finding a buyer with a 600 million + net worth making 60 million a year is min. 5 times harder, than someone with a 80 to 120 million net worth making 8-12 millions a year.
It’s because the French law does not allow big building of concrete within such environmental protected area. It is called « loi de protection littoral ».

For me, this property is everything. perfect. It's got space, privacy, land AND views AND close to beach and town. Truly everything. Now, someone please buy it for me. Hands down favorite place I've seen on this channel.

I know it's completely subjective, but to me this is the perfect blend of modern design and rustic architecture. Along with the gorgeous trees, landscaping and coastal vibes, I don't think I could ever get tired of this property!!!

The overall decoration is dominated by wood grain, which is very elegant!
And the walls of each room are made of glass, making each room bright and easy to enjoy the scenery outside the glass!

When you guys tour houses in LA, it oftentimes feels like it's the same design features over and over again - lots of black and white with just a hint of color because the designer wanted to be edgy 😅 But this place right here is just so beautiful! This house is perfection. Easily the most beautiful property you have shown. Every surface and detail is exquisite.
This property also has a tropical vibes to it (similar with houses we have here in Indonesia) so I really love the familiarity as it also not going overboard with the space! Everything is efficiently and beautifully staged.

I am struck by the very nice blend of contemporary design with many mid-century modern colors and furnishings. This is something I grew up with and took for granted in the 50s and 60s. A truly spectacular house and locale.

The interior design in this place is simply flawless. Everything is just warm, cozy, inviting, classy and without ostentation. It reflects some incredible taste. That main staircase especially is stunning. But as you said, the outdoor is the crown here and everything is made to showcase it. The bays and windows have been maximized so that you never feel being inside and disconnected from the surroundings.
I think this is the first place I've seen in this channel where I would like to live.

What a beautiful place, inside and out. I love the 'zen' feeling of the front entrance and that staircase is amazing. It has such a variety of beauty and its all so connected. From the beautiful modern kitchen to the wooden doors, its truly a magnificent home. And I can't even describe how incredible the grounds are, with all of those big beautiful trees and so many places to walk the grounds. Such an amazing tour once again.
