That stair at the beginning is really special, going up feels like stepping in the air! The overall decoration is dominated by wood grain, which is very elegant! And the walls of each room are made of glass, making each room bright and easy to enjoy the scenery outside the glass! Enes is particularly energetic in a light-colored suit, feeling younger! I've never loved a house you've shown quite as much as the Utah house, but this is up there too. The furniture, the gardens, the small details, it's all perfect.
I am struck by the very nice blend of contemporary design with many mid-century modern colors and furnishings. This is something I grew up with and took for granted in the 50s and 60s. A truly spectacular house and locale.
This property also has a tropical vibes to it (similar with houses we have here in Indonesia) so I really love the familiarity as it also not going overboard with the space! Everything is efficiently and beautifully staged.
The interior design in this place is simply flawless. Everything is just warm, cozy, inviting, classy and without ostentation. It reflects some incredible taste. That main staircase especially is stunning. But as you said, the outdoor is the crown here and everything is made to showcase it. The bays and windows have been maximized so that you never feel being inside and disconnected from the surroundings. I think this is the first place I've seen in this channel where I would like to live.

Didn't realize an elevated dishwasher is a rare thing.. I got one positioned exactly like this one in my kitchen and my house sure as hell does not cost 31 million
Loved the drone shoot in the Enes's intro & the impeccable audio quality even though we can see how windy was the day. And men the surroundings I mean the greenery is just mind boggling. I love the language differences between the UK and the US. In the UK to my mind a backyard is about 10' square, behind a tiny urban terraced dwelling and back in the day it had an outside toilet in it!! Enes calling the magnificent gardens at this glorious property a backyard just makes me smile all the time and adds to the already massive enjoyment of viewing this delectable place.

Whenever they go into the last part of the video when they show us what the properties look like at night, I pause, go into the settings and slow it down to 0.25x speed. Try it. You will be glad you did. The shots are beautiful and you see so much more than you would at normal speed.

Loved the drone shoot in the Enes's intro & the impeccable audio quality even though we can see how windy was the day. And men the surroundings I mean the greenery is just mind boggling. Loved the different colour tone in the interiors. And lastly would love to see Enes jumping in the pool with suits on and Mickey in the suits😄 one day.

A superb property, the garden is immense and magnificent, dotted with olive trees and vines, I really like the wooden cabin and the chandeliers.
The views on the sea are impressive. The pool and the domain are very classy.

I love the language differences between the UK and the US. In the UK to my mind a backyard is about 10' square, behind a tiny urban terraced dwelling and back in the day it had an outside toilet in it!! Enes calling the magnificent gardens at this glorious property a backyard just makes me smile all the time and adds to the already massive enjoyment of viewing this delectable place.

Whenever they go into the last part of the video when they show us what the properties look like at night, I pause, go into the settings and slow it down to 0.25x speed. Try it. You will be glad you did. The shots are beautiful and you see so much more than you would at normal speed.
