- Healthy Biscuits with Moong Dal n Wheat Flour
Ingredients:
1/2cup Moong Dal
1/4tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2tsp Carom Seeds
1/2tsp Kasturi Methi
1/8tsp Asafoetida
Salt
1cup Wheat Flour
Wash n soak moong dal for 2hours and grind to fine paste without adding any water and add above given ingredients and knead like Chapathi dough
Now spread some oil and roll like Chapathi and cut into any shape and prick with fork on each biscuit and brush some oil on the biscuit and bake @180c in preheated oven for 10minutes, and after ten minutes turn the biscuits and bake until the edges turns brown n crisp
Cool Down n Sprinkle salt n chilli powder and serve
📌Shelf-life : 10days in airtight container
