I registered to SuperCell, but I didn't get a special decoration. How can I get it?

If I register for Supercell, I won’t do it until after they’ve released the May software update - I imagine the decoration would come with that

I’d like to see a bigger merge board (maybe you could swipe to a second board) or much bigger inventory. Everything takes so long to get with limited energy so it would be nice to hold on to a few more things. Thank you for the updates!
Yeeeesss! I like the game but it takes waaaay to long. Because it takes soo long I’ve being playing merge villa. It doesn’t take as long to build up energy or to merge things.
I agree. I have to delete to make room for other items.

I think a bigger inventory would be nice
It would be nice to be able to stack the 5 minute unlimited ones. As well as an “undo” button for accidental merges. I swear the pieces are sometimes magnetic lol. I know I put it in the spot next to it but the forces of nature merge it 😅😂
I agree with an undo button for accidental merges. Or else remove the "attraction to like items" as they merge too easily when rearranging the board.
I save my scissors for literally this reason only 😅but yes, a 10 second clock to undo merge would be great
I try to put one in storage so I don't do that. I've had to put too much money in the swear jar because of accidental merges. Whe you try to sell some things it asks if you really wast to do that. Merges should be the same!

Agreed! My grandson likes to grab my tablet and run with it and a couple of times now he has sold upper tier stuff. And when i say that i mean like toolboxes and closets. I almost quit because of it but ive invested so much time.....but an undo that actually works after the cursor has been moved would be AMAZING!
Please let us gain more energy as we. Progress. Example of what I mean. The cap starts at 100 but as you get higher up in level for instant level 20 you should have a higher cap such as 150. I think it would be more rewarding to level up and therefore more fun. Thanks

Absolutely need more energy! Takes way too much to merge to higher items. Regeneration times are iften too slow to meet the daily challenges.😶
I've been thinking the same thing!! Also an extra inventory spot or at least a chance of getting one in a prize chest would be great too. Those spots are way too expensive!!!!
Other games do this. I'm not sure why they don't on this one.🤨

Requested upgrades:
1. Allow MORE than 19 scissors to stack - allow 200!
2. Allow for more than 50 inventory slots - 50 is not enough with all the various generators!
3. Allow for the ‘stacking’ feature for MANY (if not all) items in the inventory - AT LEAST for the green glove pair L3, screw box L5, screw bunch L4, detergent items (blue bottle L4, box L5, turpentine L6, polishing wax L7)
4. Create a separate area at the top for purchased energy - so the earned energy can regenerate - and only draw from the purchased energy when we run out of the regular earned energy
5. PLEASE make a higher level for the following:
Tree - create a L7 tree!
Tool box - create a L10!
Drawer - create a L8!
What are scissors? I'm a new player, started this month, almost done with the garage.
Also, what can you recommend for me/advice me? How to make money, what items to keep and not keep, etc. Thank you!
@@UnapologeticallyMuslimah scissors are used to un-merge an item one step. For example if you had green gloves and you used them on it you would have two pairs of the glove pairs.
@@mirifontenot-nj8gr thank you! When do I get them? I'm at level 17, and I still don't have scissors. Also, do you get them free or you buy them?
My limit to stack them is at 52….I need more than that as well and as a result I’m stuck with a couple piles… and more time on the hour glass. I think I can o my get around 3 days worth.
Why don’t you make a special energy bar for the events? I want to do both quests the main and the events.
I don’t know if this is something that could be implemented, but I’d really love to see an album like the one for tools we have now, but for characters and how they are related to Maddie and Ursula, maybe with unlockable entries having extra juicy info about them, maybe based on how far we get in events etc. The characters are really great but i often get confused with them popping in and out while doing different areas and events. Checking the wiki is fine but feels a little disjointed. I think your team could really add a level of depth with something like this and help all of us keep track of not only the mysteries in the mansion but all of the characters you guys have lovingly crafted ☺️
This is a great idea. I would like some kind of memorabilia page for each area, unlocked in the album after finishing them.
I’m a fairly recent player, having started a few months ago, but I really appreciate that while there are incentives to make in-game purchases, the way everything is paced it’s entirely possible to play the game without paying for things, without having to wait for several hours. Realising the game needs to make money, I’ve been really pleased with the balance.
That’s a major reason why I keep playing, too! It’s a great game but you don’t have to shell out money if you don’t have it.
Don’t forget, no ads!! I’ve quit every other ad based game.

We should start getting free gloves and detergent as rewards. God knows I need them so much 😅
I wish it was easier to complete events as a casual player. I only check in a few times a day, and even when i sink ALL my energy into the events, I hardly manage to get halfway through any of the events :')
Congratulations on the award, Salla and Sam! I remember playing before the game had music, and when the soundtrack was added, I was blown away by how great it was and the number of tracks there were. My favorites are The Boulton Heirs and Reminiscing.
Please make the queue a more usable space that we can scroll through to get items out. Just make it so we can’t put items back and that will preserve it as a separate functional space. Thanks for the update and the link with details.
I wish it was possible to put roofs back on places you've already done in decoration settings. I don't need to see the inside of the garage or conservatory all the time
When having events on separate boards, can you give the event its own energy supply? Also, add something to give a higher energy capacity. A small chain similar to piggy bank but just add another point of energy when its collected at max level.

Need more room on the merge board or maybe get a free storage space every fifth time you level up. Also the pieces don't need to be so attractive to their duplicates, I have accidentally merged items when organizing that I didn't want to.
Please let us stack the rewards boxes from the daily tasks! I want to keep certain types around but don't have the space to keep them. Don't need anything special, just like the scissors / hourglass / blue card where it let's me save the uses for later.
5:31 would love to have more energy in the game after reaching certain levels or by finishing rooms , task, or even collecting items in the game thank you I love this game and I spend so much time & money on this game and also would love to be able to play it with my friends and on my other device which is my iPad ❤❤❤

I read that you won an award for music…my pigeon loves your music! I usually play with my volume off, but my pigeon (Snowflake) and I sit on the porch and I play your music and it’s beautiful. ❤🥰🐦🎼
A few features that would be helpful for the small board is
1- max level stacking. Once an item without an lightning reach max, we can stack them. Maybe up to 10
2- stack boxes. Sometimes you can’t use the boxes of items yet and need to hold onto them. Stacking them up to 10 max would be helpful.
3- my favorite suggestion. Being able to turn in items once reached. Say one task needs 3 different items. Such as gloves paint and a paint roller. Once you have one of those items you can tap and turn in. Like the game board garage clean ups. This way we can free up space, but still turn in the items needed.
I love that new areas are opening up. Not gonna lie I wish it was in real life like your videos but being able to finally get to areas you see in the videos and
finish them at your own pace is great!

Nice updates but I need to voice something I’m very concerned about on the game.. and it’s about the time on the closets.. why why in the world do I have to wait 3 - 4 hours HOURS for the closets to be available again.. that’s ridiculous considering I don’t have but 3 right now.. plus when it is available it doesn’t give very many items from each one.. that’s ridiculous too.. it’s a nightmare when you have 5 slots asking for mops and brooms.. yes you heard me right.. 5 mops in each window.. I’ll never finish it.. I’m thinking I’ll be on the fortress for another couple of months .. and yes it takes that long to finish each category.. I’m on fixed income so I don’t have the money to waste on the game like some of you do.. it is a fun game but

The name escapes me but I really enjoyed the chocolate egg hunt with the kid. It stood apart from other similar events in a very positive way 😊
Would love if you made the 3 events like Lindsay Boulton replayable like it used to be

A space to save boosters so they don't clog normal storage? I have so many energy things I like to save for special events but it costs so much space. As well as some rewards things I like to save like siccors and time boosters.
I would like a upgrade to the energy box , we should be able to merge up the level
The Hourglasses don’t really bother me but if you could increase the Scissors stack to more than 19, that would be great!

I love this game but it takes to long to finish a quest. To long to get to the bigger items. Like shovels rakes and mops.
I think for me… Some of the challenges that you incorporate into the game are awesome because it fills space that sometimes becomes a bit of a voice when you get to a certain point in your actual main missions… But some of them where you offer bonuses if you decide to pay for it and then you find out where those bonuses are gonna cost 9.99 seem a little steep. I say that only cuz I’ve purchased some in the past, and while they are nice, i wish they were like even 6.99 or 7.99. I’ve spent like Anywhere from $60-$100 or maybe more on this game myself so I’m not trying to complain as if money truly matters… But having these missions come out for you know…like 10 to 20 days or some being less than that and charging $10 in order to get these extra bonuses to me seems a little excessive. I would Prefer myself paying 4.99 for them or even like 6.99…But sometimes when it gets in to the whole 9.99 thing I question if it’s worth it to me to add these extra bonuses. And half the time I don’t wind up purchasing them and telling me they’re halfway through everything or I just don’t want to purchasing them all together because these sort of event things happened so frequently in this game. I hope that makes sense.m
I love the game and been playing for over 6 months. I’ve noticed that the rewards have gone down. Even when you purchase gems and money deals, it cost more and getting less. I don’t want to spend more money when I know the extra rewards that you promote is way less. 3 gems? When it used to be 300? That’s a huge difference

So happy that we can now play different accounts on the same device! After playing for more than a year and knowing that things have been rearranged somewhat, I’ve been curious what the experience is like for new players - but not so curious that I was willing to give up all my progress. 😂
I am loving this game. I know there is lots still yet to get through and there is only so much of the world you could build. But perhaps the brothers financial Troubles is deeper than we first thought and bought neighbouring mansions like across the street or something to continue the story arch. Yes, I just maybe a tad bit addicted lol 😂

When entering the mansion, you should give players another merging board. It's crazy that new merge chains and generators keep being added, and they're all being crammed into the same space. There are just no more free cells to do the tasks, I can't merge coins or XP anymore - have to use them up immediately to have at least one free cell. What's the alternative - delete the generators and their source parts we've been gathering for years?
This is unrelated but I think some of the events are like impossible to complete without in app purchases or spending an unreasonable amount of time on them
so... does that mean that two games that seem normal at first but have REALLY dark lore will get a collab? (talking about the supercell id thing, the games are merge mansion and brawl starts btw)
For your next episode - could you tell us more about the various characters?
For the game itself - can we have more than one or two areas open at a time? I’m working on the cemetery and the romantic area and both are needing a very high level tool… So it’s making it hard to make any progress. I have to decide which area I’m going to use the high-level item in.

I would like same type items to be able to stack in inventory. I shouldn't have to use 4 slots for the same exact item!
With the new items to merge in the great hall, it would be nice if there was more balance between the dropped items. Like the pencil and electrical wires. There’s a need for so many electrical wires and they are rarely dropped. It makes it frustrating when all 3 tasks include electrical wire merged items and nothing else. It takes forever to progress through those tasks.
It shouldn’t be so hard to get inside the mansion…. I’ll be outside forever 😂😂
I would like a couple of things: inventory -ability to stack same item and I know it’s not possible but I wish progression was a bit faster. I feel like I will never get inside anything. Lol
Nice game.. I got addicted to it.. But the cleaning supplies safe opens slowly and closes quickly. More time should be given to this safe
I think it would be really helpful if it didn't take so long for items to reset. Why not have them regenerate automatically? It would save time and you'd get more done. Thanks
I’d like to add that I can’t read the dialog or directions very well because I have visual impairment but the pictures are much easier to see. I wish there was an option for large print for the visually impaired.

Please allow to purchase more inventory with the cash accrued in the game, as more and more items on the board is very difficult to manage
I really love this game so much ❤️ I would totally like to see multiplayer content in the future… such as clubs or clans… I’m pretty sure we’re gonna help each other and get through difficult tasks.

Cheaper storage space. I get that it was made cheaper already. But for these of us they were spending over 20k a space, we weren’t refunded any of what we spent… no adjustment And we didn’t get to enjoy how cheap the spaces became as we were still paying high prices.
With as much money($5k)and time I spend on this game,I should be getting some good perks. Which I’m not,and that is quite disappointing. I love the game,but I won’t be continuing to play if this keeps up.

I’ve been playing this game for a very long time, but I would like to know, when am I going to be able to explore the inside of the mansion, how do I get inside instead of always fixing the out side of the mansion. Someone get back to me about this.

I don't really care about the story, I enjoy the accumulation of treasures. The story is just not too exciting for me. However when you're buying energy packs, they are quite EXPEN$IVE for the amount you provide. This takes away from the game as a money grab. Aside from that, I enjoy accumulating treasures and moving forward. Thank you.

Everytime I think I can finally get to the end, you keep throwing new areas😭😭 and 3 times the maintenance room... I'm already scared of the neverending grind like the conservatory.
Also these events back to back really take time from getting to the (current) end point... Give us a little break too, don't overcomplicate your game with 10 events running simultaneously, 30 different producers on one board etc.
Especially, since the events now worth literal sh. for free players with the awful rewards.

I don’t think I’ve even made it into the mansion. I’m only level 40 and I’ve had lots of fun. I do have to say that I haven’t spent more money on a game in my entire life than I have spent on this game and I don’t feel bad for doing so. It’s brought a lot joy to my life during my downtime… Also, it is crazy how much money people spend to continue playing a game. I guess that’s why you guys continue expanding, right?
When will the rusted ship open up?
And a new special event like Ignatius Boulton / Lindsay Boulton w[uld be awesome! How about something from a Boulton in the 1960s (Space Race?), or a Boulton in the 1910s (Titanic?)
