  • Alitalia Flight Report - Airbus A320 'Comfort Seat' review from Naples (NAP) to Rome (FCO) Trip Report Alitalia Review Airbus A320-200
    Join me on board this short 35 minute flight from Naples to Rome. While I planned to review the flight, it was only 35 minutes and there wasn't enough time for any service so there wasn't actually a whole lot to review. Instead I've included more takeoff, inflight and landing footage. Thankfully I got a beautiful flying day with some great views.
    Seat 3F
    Aircraft: Airbus A320-200 , EI-IKL
    Airline: Alitalia (AZ)
    Flight: AZ1264
    Route: NAP to FCO
    Flight time: 33 minutes

      Glad to hear you like it. I get told that my other videos are too long if I don't speed up the takeoffs and landings so my plan is to usually upload the landing and takeoff footage separately. With the exception of this video, of course, as I didn't have much else to record. :)

    Hi Paul when once it is free to do so you should do the Catania to Rome/Rome Catania flight and you should get great views of Mt Etna.

    I like the view on the a320, especially where your sitting because of the wing design!

    They speak really good English. And I have to say for a 35 minute flight that's quick for an A320, mind you i don't know the fleet that they have. Smashing video great job love the views

    Wow that is a short flight to Rome. Mt Vesuvius looks amazing! Hope to be taking a flight to Italy in the near future. Nice flight report. I just found you Paul and subscribed. Also checked out a few of your other videos so far. Where are you from? I live over in Las Vegas and just started my aviation vlog, mostly just fly with American right now but hope to expand. You are great! Talk soon.

    Do you prefer a320s or 737s ?

    • @PaulStewartAviation
      @PaulStewartAviation  6 лет назад +6

      Hey mate, I probably have a soft spot for the 737 although don't mind flying the A320. Still, I'd rather be flying in something larger like a 777, 747 or A380. :)

    Thanks for the video. I love flying AZ, but I'm surprised that they are still able to fly from NAP to FCO and make profit out of it, with train linking central Naples to central Rome in just over an hours, and Naples to FCO airport in less than two hrs. Thanks for the video.

    Great video Paul. I must ask, the vibrating noise you hear whilst ascending, what is it? I have heard it while flying in Australia on Virgin and qantas jets and its really annoying at takeoff.

    • @PaulStewartAviation
      @PaulStewartAviation  6 лет назад +1

      Hey mate, at what time in the video is the sound? I'm not sure what you're talking about. :)

    • @DistantLightProd

      2:15....the loud buzzing sound......heave heard it before flying other carriers.

    • @PaulStewartAviation

      I've just watched it again and I couldn't pick any chance in the sound at 2:15 I'm afraid.

    I hope someone saves this airline, hate to see another one go.

    • @PaulStewartAviation
      @PaulStewartAviation  6 лет назад +1

      Agreed although I suspect that the government would bail them out. A national airline is too important for a country to let them close.

    • @kladpapier
      @kladpapier 6 лет назад +1

      The government already has, now they're in the process, accepting bids from potential candidates. In Europe there's only so much a government can do before the EU Commission steps in and accuses them of unfair aid.
