I always check the doneness with a digital thermometer whenever cooking pork or chicken.

My only problem is that after watching a few videos I see that most of you guys don’t wash or rinse your meat after taking it out of the package and before putting it on the grill. Just rinse your meat off with warm water and patting it dry then seasoning it.😢😮😊
