How do I not put my hands down I just keep doing that my Ariel is fast I go high but not to high I’ve tried everything putting hands in my pockets holding something in my hand everything
This is a little crazy but you know how you run and then do your aerial try doing it on a trampoline and just jump as high as you can and then try to do your aerial. It’s a little scary when you first do it, but it helped me do it, and now I almost have mine I just fall down sometimes, I don’t know if that work for everybody though
Havings it bent is better for beginners and having your hands straight is mostly to maintain height either way doesn't matter which also do you mean arms?
Thanks for this it was really helpful and fast to watch ty
I’m gonna try this soon will update 👍
