Really friggin helpful, keep up the good work! The boots you buy actually speed up your saplings, regular boots give saplings 25 ms, normal tier 2 boots give 45 ms, whereas swifties and mobies give 60 ms. Another reason why swifties are really useful for mao. :) (btw the speed only changes based off the boots, not maokai's ms)
Yes, thank you for pointing this out! Saplings have a base speed of 400, and it increases based on the boots you buy. I think Magical Footwear unfortunately does not give your Saplings any extra movement speed though :(
Absolutely! Throwing skillshots at awkward angles is actually a very useful way to win skirmishes and teamfights. The idea of catching enemies off guard is same concept to abusing fog of war with Mao ulti angles
I think he meant that casting the ultimate sideways while adjacent or near the enemy to hit the instant root. I use It many times in my games, great to gain an extra range for your engages.

Great tips man! Casting ult at a 90 degree angle can be useful to catch enemies off guard. It reaches farther and comes out instantly 👍

@@JoaoPedro-kn8sz Maokai's ultimate has such a wide range that I sometimes surprise myself that I've rooted an enemy I wasn't originally aiming at xD

maokai is a cc god, the biggest thing is movement speed and the ability to stick on his target. oh and ability haste is huge. @@ADDikt8Gaming
