A woman who was outed by "Baby Reindeer" fans as the alleged stalker of the true crime drama's creator and lead actor said she felt "used" by Piers Morgan in an interview about the Netflix series.
"Baby Reindeer" tells a fictionalized version of creator Richard Gadd's experiences with stalking, and has become a worldwide phenomenon since its release in April. That month, an unnamed woman who was outed on social media as "the real Martha Scott" told the Daily Mail she was considering taking legal action against Gadd and Netflix for the harassment she has faced as a result of viewers trying to track her down.
On Wednesday, Morgan revealed he had interviewed Fiona Harvey, believed to be the woman first interviewed by the Daily Mail. The interview will be released Thursday at 3pm ET on Morgan's RUclips channel, Piers Morgan Uncensored.

In the series, comedian Richard Gadd plays a fictionalised version of himself who gets stalked by a lonely and mentally ill woman called Martha, whom he meets while working at a pub.
Following the series’ success curious fans have tried to discover the inspirations behind the show, which members of the cast have vehemently discouraged.
Scottish lawyer Fiona Harvey, 58, who has been labelled the ‘real Martha’ has received death threats from Baby Reindeer viewers and will speak on Piers Morgan Uncensored to “set the record straight after being unmasked by fans”.

At least, Gadd and Jessica's performance made her appear to be charasmatic and nuanced.

One thing that I really like about Richard Gahd is he never talks bad about her. He never said her name publicly and when he speaks about her he is nothing but nice. He makes a point to say she has mental issues and that is what caused her to do what she did. He also is vocal about the things that he did to prompt some of her behavior.
Watching this interview just seems to prove that she is the type of person that is depicted. She has a need to be scene. She is still in denial that she is obsessive. She really needs mental health.

I don’t know if I’ve ever seen an interview where some contradicts themselves so much IN THE SAME INTERVIEW. One minute she is saying one thing, the next it’s another. I don’t think Richard Gar deliberately lied..I think he had a good storyline and he just kept embellishing and building the story til he made a play out of it. He probably hoped he hid her identity….and if she is telling the truth….he must be sweating. All can easily be proved.

I’m Scottish. In Scotland you can do an “ordinary degree” in 3 years which has no classification as being 1st class or grade 2:1 etc. This differs from the English system. In England a university degree would take 3 years and in Scotland it’s 4 years, for the same equivalent degree. However, in Scotland if you only do 3 years of the 4 year course, then you get an “ordinary” degree. That is why there is confusion around that. Being English, Piers wouldn’t understand that detail in the moment he asked her. I think that accounts for her not immediately not following what Piers was asking either, and it genuinely seemed like they were misunderstanding each other. I find her to mostly guilty of being a stalker, but you can never be sure entirely until we see her computer ip address and phone records, so I’m still keeping an open mind. I’m just compelled to clear up the degree part.

There's no registered solicitor with her name in England - I checked the Solicitor's Regulation Authority. She would be an 'LLB' (bachelor of law)

I thought in the series she was disbarred after the initial conviction of stalking, involving the solicitor and his disabled 7yr old son. She would not be registered now. You would have to search university records to see if she graduated Law.

It's because people used information that was on the show to find her, such as the meat curtains comment, that is why she's suing, the show allowed people to be found; i think very quickly she will be found out to be lying.

Just FYI, there’s been a transwoman who came out and said Richard Gadd used power and coercion to sleep with her. Dangling a part in the show as a carrot, to sleep with her. Then after he slept with her, he said “oh they went another direction” thinking Richard gadd is a nice or “standup” guy is a mistake.
