This has always been one of my favorite eeveelution customs of yours. Vaporeon is personally one of my favorite Pokémon, so that's probably why I love her so much, I just thought you did a great job putting a Pokémon into your own design and into a doll. She looks so majestic and a perfect vision of the Pokémon itself.
I know this will get lost in the comments and no one will read it, but I would love if she could do some of the cats from the warrior cats series. I really like the series and am getting the books soon. I feel like that cats would be beautiful in doll form, along with Dollightful's amazing style of art. Just a suggestion!
"how does vaporeon swim with that neck frill?" i know this was mostly a joke question but as a nerd abt pokemon biology, id imagine they have muscles to control their head fins and frill as well, so they can be pulled back when swimming and lessen drag! they probably exist in the first place just as plumage, as eeveelutions are very very plumage-y, and like to show off. plus it makes them look bigger to their opponent, which helps in intimidating! cats do that irl, and eeveelutions have a pretty cat-like body shape, so it works out =)

I actually like the coral sleeves better than the lilac. I think if you'd kept the lilac, there would've been a few too many cool colors in Vaporeon's design, so I think the switch to coral works better. Kinda like Eevee's hair, it balances the values of the color scheme.
squish your reasoning it very good but I dare to disagree. The Pokemons colour pallet is mainly cool colours if you ignore the primrose yellow in her fins. The coral does stray away from the pokemon as there is no pink in her design but it does still look good.

That would look pretty silly, I think they use their tails and hindlegs for propulsion and paddle with the front paws to steer. The frill, being flexible, would fold against the neck. Hey, maybe it can collect oxygen like a fish's gills so they don't need to come up and breathe very often (if at all).

I don’t know if anyone will know what I’m talking about, but the Vaporeon doll looks like it is heavily inspired by the Zora species from the Legend Of Zelda game series. The Zoras are an aquatic species with blue skin, fins, and mermaid tails that protrude from the back just like your Vaporeon. Might be just me though. But it would’ve been cool if it was inspired by the Zoras! :) Beautiful doll by the way!
I Have A Tip For Ocean Themed Characters! If You Have Fish Net Or Something With A Similar weaving Putting that Over The Area You Want And Putting Paint Or Whatever Over It You Can Make A Scale Pattern

Gifs of the anime show that to be true as well, the neck fin is very flexibly flimsy and in some gifs laid back during attacks and swimming
Most fish I've seen have very delicate, flexible fins. I imagine the frill works the same way.

That would look pretty silly, I think they use their tails and hindlegs for propulsion and paddle with the front paws to steer. The frill, being flexible, would fold against the neck. Hey, maybe it can collect oxygen like a fish's gills so they don't need to come up and breathe very often (if at all).

I don’t know if anyone will know what I’m talking about, but the Vaporeon doll looks like it is heavily inspired by the Zora species from the Legend Of Zelda game series. The Zoras are an aquatic species with blue skin, fins, and mermaid tails that protrude from the back just like your Vaporeon.
Might be just me though. But it would’ve been cool if it was inspired by the Zoras! :)

Dollightfull, I don't do pokemon bc yugioh is better but I watched this whole series for your doll customising and it was worth it. I do not regret it.
