lmao I remember seeing this comment a while ago, when I discovered all futures for the very first time, and thinking that this music wasn't for me, that it's too brutal/intense. A few weeks later, I bought all 3 albums and an ultrapop t-shirt. Refract, I guess.
This a great piece of maximalism. They make hardcore punk and metal sound fun and inviting. It's poppy and abrasive all in the same go. A lot of bands over the years have try to get this winning formula but it looks like The Armed have found the perfect blend here.
It's also just beautiful with the wall of noise and the details in the back. It's just so many parts coming together I love it so much, the whole album was incredible
Queens of the Stone Age just announced a new tour today and this band is opening up for the Michigan show. I haven't heard of them before but I dig their sound and am excited to check them out live!
I have always thought that she sould be one of the main vocalists of the band. But she barely participates as a main part of the vocals in their albums. What a pity.
Sounds like the strokes with a lot more noise. You want a band that has been pushing the envelope of heavy music for 20 years ? Between the buried and me and they sound like no one and no one sounds like them
@@joshpalma2797 let's not get into the "my music is heavier" thing. I listen to insanely heavy things and I'm sure somewhere out there there's something heavier.

Which is the way it should be.

When all your friends are 1980s pro wrestlers it’s harder to say no.

when they tour, that keyboard player just sprints to the next city with all of their gear on his back

Fifth listen: this is everything.
Everything, everything, everything's horrible

I appreciate the fact they all actually have arms. There's no faking that.
Tf u got against amputees
It's very dangerous to wave to people you don't know because what if they don't have arms? They'll think you're cocky.
👏👏👏
Very cool that they got Harms Way guy to play keys

Feels like if Idles hired a few more members and then all went to the gym. The energy is incredible, I'm here for it!
I'm here for the Joe Talbot training montage.
And that's exactly what they want you to think
the girl with the tambourine going "YUH YUH YUH YUH YUH YUH YUH" in the chorus is the best part of this song
When I listened to the album I thought it was a sample of the end of IDLES - Colossus
ABSOLUTELY
I'm very happy that you typed the correct amount of YUHs
