Not my style at all to dark interior. I do love the fireplaces. I miss those in homes I hate the ship lap. But I prefer light wood more modern white and yes I love those black windows. All that wood oh no!

This is the ugliest, most awful, hideous house I've EVER seen. The "suprise" SPOILERS was that the house isn't even finished. The "basement" is a hollow, empty, building site of a space not even under ground so can't be a BASEMENT
It's definitely a unique house, we've seen a lot of folks that really love the style of it. And the unfinished basement is an easy way to add $1mm in value to this home once it's finished out.
Dang! That’s a little extreme, and makes you sound extremely angry. It may not be everyone’s style, but to say it’s “the ugliest, most awful, hideous” is very rude, classless and I would be willing to bet, untrue. The world is not out to get you!
Stunning home in Brentwood, TN for Sale. Full Details at: www.brentwoodluxuryhome.com
Very unique, good retirement home, definitely would add a pool and backyard living, cozy southern living home.
A pool and some outdoor landscaping would make this place amazing!!!
Definately a worthwhile rehab property.
NICE HOUSE JASON 😊
Appreciate it Hector, it's a really cool property.
Drink every time he says "MASSIVE" XD
You sir, would be hammered
It’s a very taste specific home.
Entrance foyer - faux Scottish Baronial Castle.
Rear view of hous - San Quentin prison
Baronial!!!! I should have used that in the video.

It's definitely a unique style, it's the perfect fit for someone with a unique style.
The fake stone on the entranceway is kind of cheesy for a house of that caliber, hope water doesn't get behind it and rot out the wood.
Why don't you just call it a Master Suite instead of Primary Suite? Also calling it a secondary Primary Suite is an oxymoron.
The State of TN Realtor Association now requires us to use Primary instead of Master. And as I said secondary primary I realized it sounded funny.
@@jasongrunernashvilletnrealtor well that's ridiculous, the political agenda has forced you guys to obey the woke rule
@@swgl2245 It's not my rule, doesn't hurt anyone to say Primary, life's short, I'm going to pick my battles
I don't know who would spend 2million for a house in Brentwood TN if you can spend that money for a place in Florida, prob even Beach front
Shoot me over any 6,000 sq ft ocean front listings you've got and I'll mail you a check for it.
Just show the house don't talk so much
Appreciate the feedback! What did you think of the house?

I like a white clean looking kitchen
I like a flat counter not a raised counter bilevel never black counters I like lighter floors those were ok but a light maple laminate
The woodwork was well done
I like the kitchen to be open more to the living room

I have a picture from an architectural book of a kitchen
White light windows
I had red oak that was finished with a clear coat finish but I love white and a large sink

@@jasongrunernashvilletnrealtor if I can afford to do up a basement to add solid milli, I can afford to buy a better house.
