Definitely one of the few moments that was improved upon in the Remolded projects. Not just because there’s no more “Macy’s Parade Balloon” mom that Mike Nawrocki stated in the commentary he disliked, but the infant version of Junior Asparagus is better designed and actually looks like he’s enjoying his mom’ lullaby whereas in the original he looked more bored.
You did a really good job with the storyboard, and I love how the scene came out! It’s a massive improvement over the “Macy’s Day parade balloon” visuals of the original scene! 😂
Of everything in the project, this was the scene I was the most excited for~. Absolutely love the the storyboard here, almost like it's a transition from the 2d Cartoon Adventures of Larry-Boy via Storyboards to the VeggieTales style in the Finished Products~. Also: The shots of Junior of when the song starts to when it cuts to him singing the final part reminds me a lot of "Larry-Boy and the Rumor Weed," can't put my fingers on why~.
0:15 I wasn't gonna say anything about you breaking the "silhouette" rule a few times, but for this shot in particular, seeing the board and the final right next to each other, it looks like Mom is throwing her baby in the air. Not a critique, I just thought it was funny.

Why does it look like baby Junior has a sumo wrestling belt?
It’s supposed to be a diaper, but luckily was improved upon in the actual animation.
