    Crème brûlée is a French dessert made from egg yolk, cream, milk and sugar, which is refined with vanilla. The special thing is the silky smooth cream that melts on the tongue and the caramel crust that crisps nicely when chewed. It tastes great.
    PS: My baking molds are Ø 9 cm and 5 cm high. I can make the following amount exactly 5 servings. If your baking molds are a different shape or size, you may need to adjust the baking time.
    Ingredients:
    - 375 ml cream
    - 125 ml milk
    - 4 egg yolks
    - 1 tsp vanilla paste / 1 vanilla pod
    - 40 g sugar
    - 50 g brown sugar
