a react dev here, do you recommend learning react native ? just to be more valuable so any startup will choose me over the one who know only web

Unless you want to apply to a specific company that uses React Native, I would recommend to focus your efforts on getting very good at Vanilla React, Redux and Next.js because those are the most sought after.
