    He is still correct, except for the sensor at the entrance. According to this design, no light will turn on if no one is sensed at the entrance. You should add exclusive OR for each rung instead of AND logic for the general sensor and others.

    Not so appropriate. Supposing many people entering different rooms all lights will be off. Provide for switching On lights in rooms with people and switch off only when nobody is in the room
