- Natural rubber is a polymer of isoprene along with some other impurities. It is mainly harvested in the form of latex from the rubber tree. The latex is refined and processed to make commercial natural rubber. The economically productive life of rubber tree begins from age 7 and it remains that for around 25 years till age of 32 years. In India, most rubber plantations are in Kerala.
Kerala is the leading rubber plantation state in India. It accounts to 92 percent of the country’s total natural rubber production. This crop was brought to India during the reign of British. Most of the hilly regions in Kerala grow rubber especially North Kerala region is concentrating on rubber plantation. It has become the main source of income for many farmers without any doubt.
ഒരു കാലത്ത് കേരളത്തിൻ്റെ സാമ്പത്തിക വ്യവസ്ഥയുടെ ആണി കല്ലുകളിൽ ഒന്നായിരുന്നു റബർ മരം. ആ കാലത്ത് വെളുത്ത സ്വർണ്ണം, സ്വർണ്ണ ദ്രാവകം എന്നൊക്കെയാണ് റബർപാലിനെ വിളിച്ചിരുന്നത്. അങ്ങനെ കേരളത്തിൻ്റെ സ്വന്തമായ ഈ നാണ്യവിളയുടെ ജന്മനാട് ആമസോൺ കാടുകൾ ആണ്. Hevea brasiliensis എന്നാണ് റബറിൻ്റെ ശാസ്ത്രനാമം. പേരിൽ തന്നെയുണ്ട് ആ ലാറ്റിനമേരിക്കൻ ചുവ.
ഇന്ന് ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഉൽപ്പാദിപ്പിക്കുന്ന നാച്ചുറൽ റബറിൻ്റെ 90 ശതമാനത്തിലേറെ ഉത്പാദിപ്പിക്കുന്നത് കേരളത്തിലാണ്. കേരളത്തിലങ്ങോളമിങ്ങോളം റബർ കൃഷി വ്യാപകമാണെങ്കിലും റബറിനെക്കുറിച്ച് അറിയാത്ത ഒരുപാട് മലയാളികൾ നമുക്ക് ചുറ്റുമുണ്ട്. റബ്ബർ മരത്തിൽ നിന്നു എങ്ങനെയാണ് പാൽ (latex) എടുക്കുന്നത്, എങ്ങനെയാണ് റബർ ഷീറ്റ് ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത് എന്നതിനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള ഒരു കൊച്ചു വീഡിയോ ആണിത്. ഒപ്പം റബർ മരത്തെ പറ്റി കുറച്ചു അറിവുകളും പങ്കുവെച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. വീഡിയോ ലിങ്ക് ഇതാണ് . വീഡിയോ കണ്ടു ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടാൽ ഷെയർ ചെയ്യുമല്ലോ..☺️☺️

You will get ~80 liters of latex in one day from six hundred 105clone plants. If you are making rubber sheet, you will get 40 rubber sheets weighing 600-700gm each. (ie, 26Kg sheet per day)
From 108 plant we get 80 litres
I meant 600, 105 rubber trees
105 trees means the clone RRII105.
Quantity I have mentioned is for 600 trees of clone105.
Rubber sheet rate in karnataka and latex is sells in market what its rate
We are from Kerala, and please find below the market rate in Kerala.
Rubber sheet rate is 175-185 per Kg
Rubber latex stored in barrel Rate is 165/Kg of DRC rate calculated. Normally 220 liters of rubber latex will have 50-60Kgs of rubber content based on DRC calculation.

How much do you earn from each tree per year? nice video
Yield from each tree is different and we cannot tap the tree during hot summer and during rainy season. ( Need to spend extra money for covering tree with plastic , if planning to tap the tree during rainy season).
Labour charge for tapping tree is Rs.1.5 per tree. Labour charge for tapping and making sheet is Rs.2 per tree.
On an average we get Rs.35/- to Rs.40/- per tree per month after all the expenses.
It is not a profitable business nowadays due to low market rate and high labour cost. Most of the planters are not spending money for manuring trees due to this.

i leave in small city in small country (israel) so i am not going to work in this, i just like to improve things sometimes. tha't the reason why i asked.
now i feel like i push my noise to business of others. please taked in the easy way.
first i thinked about almost straight grooves (80 degree), many about 25 maked by machine even electric. around the tree and puled the fluid into around backet.
but then i changed the direction. not what everyone do, another direction.
device (30x50 cm hard matter) with many small pipes (4-5 mm) that will stuck on the tree and the liquid will flode throught the pipes to the device to the bucket.
in this moment, when i "see" the device in my imagination... i said to myself why not to pumping the fluid? like we pump the milk from the cow!
the device allow us to pump the "milk" from the tree.
sorry if this was too much for you (this is the short version), i am aware that you don't have money for my stupid idea, i just want to share with you maybe you will found this helpfull.

Looks like a great idea❤️, but the implementation will be little difficult as we still need man power for operating the machine. Ours is a small plantation with no scope of investing for automating the process.

What clone is best for good lartex
We have only 105 trees, planted 9 years back. There are lots of new clones available now. We will check with local experts and respond with their opinions later.
