Agnès Fouffé is a fast-rising Pan-African development expert with specialty in empowering rural poor women to become successful entrepreneurs and major contributors to the economic and development process in their domain. Under the banner of ONG-GAIA, the NGO she founded and funded alongside her husband Bernard, Agnes and a small team of local folks, has already transformed the lives and livelihood of thousands of rural women in Dabou, Cote d’Ivoire.
Agnes is also an International Business Development Executive for Broadgate Group, based in the United Kingdom. She holds an MBA in Management Sciences from Educatis University, Switzerland and has over 15 years professional experience in bringing investors to Africa.

There is a story, possibly apocryphal, about Milton Friedman. While touring China, he came upon a team of nearly 100 workers building an earthen dam with shovels. Friedman pointed out that with a bulldozer, a single worker could create the dam in an afternoon. A Communist official replied, “Yes, but think of all the unemployment that would create.”
“Oh,” said Friedman, “I thought you were building a dam. If it’s jobs you want, then take away their shovels and give them spoons.”
Making cosmetic fashion jewellery is a job im creating for myself. I need a job. There is no jobs out there that will take me at my age. Im poor. But im not going to sit and cry. Im going out there to Find beautiful things to make my jewellery.. then i will sell it and keep making more beautiful jewellery.. its not an art to learn how. Just go on RUclips and find a video on how to make earrings... ideas all in your head.. welcome to my world. Now u will always smile and have money. See man is the creater of all the things we use .. keep creating those beautiful idea's.. where u put a price on there u will have a sale.. i have no money. Cool mother nature gives u seeds u can plant and sell. There are many ways to make money. Stay on the right path.
Focus on solutions. Africa will find solutions for everything
There must be a time period that the kid must learn about a job. No school theach u . Jobs is what we must find when we are ready " jobmarket

Its easy to create a job. The hardest part is to keep the momentum of the worker. Some people are just lazy and want free money. Nothing is for free. Wars have taken their toll on the planet. The human race have no skills. They only want to stic to what they know.. the hardest part is to motivate a person to get a job to earn his own money. Marketing is the biggest market with a few people in that field. Awesome stuff. Think Big". Lazyness is the problem of unemployment " now lets start at the kid. Go to school. What are u teaching the kid?????????
