I love Masaru's simple style of cooking because it really brings out its natural flavor, especially sashimi cuts!
....That is, unless, he brings out questionable seafood....then he masks the flavors properly!

Groupers are probably one the best if not the best option for sashimi. Many local sashimi restaurants from my place use Groupers. I have tasted it and taste texture wise its one of the best. Definitely top 5 fishes I like.
