    But Bro, if you don't study something, how will you understand how it works. Deep understanding of the stack you are comes only through studying, not only building projects. Infact, you can build projects without effective understanding.

      This is like saying that you need to understand binary code before declaring a variable. Like, deep understading of what?? conditions, variables, loops, and functions? Sorry man but you are wrong. Programming is like a sport, and you cant learn a sport by watching others play

      @@joaovitorwitt9636 Nobody is saying you should not practice. But for you to be able to write code from scratch, you need to understand it. How can you be called a developer without you having the ability to write code. Not those who copy and paste code. For you to excel as a developer, you must be able to write code. Writing robust and quality code can only be achieved through understanding the concept first, then practicing writing code after understanding it will make you a better developer. It is impossible to be writing quality code without understand. Bro, if you want to be an outstanding as a developer, focus in understanding first, then practice. I'm not talking about copy and paste developers.

      @@InternetMadeCoder what is the essence of someone called a developer without having the ability to write codes from scratch. Writing quality and robust code can never be feasible without understand. Understand the concept first, then practice writing code will make you a better developer. Some theories and notion being taught are not real. Understand first, practice and you be outstanding as a developer. Not developers that are based on copying and pasting codes. I’m one of those people who have been stuck in tutorial hell for years, even went to lambda for a while(before I got kicked out because I couldn’t keep up with the backend portion of the program). I faired pretty well in the front end part and there was a point I was actually excelling. Now that was about a year and a half ago and getting removed from the program shook my confidence and I didn’t code for a year. I’ve been dabbling in it again for the last 6 months but I still feel that, what if I fail again, feeling. I know parts of what I enjoyed doing, such as JavaScript and React have probably updated since I last did it. Now I was thinking about refreshing with codecademy and then creating my own projects again so I can finally get over this hump. This is something I really want to do but I don’t wanna be that person who does another tutorial just to go into VSCode and look at my curser blink because I don’t know what to code. Any suggestions?

      I finished at Lambda (bloomtech now) and I excelled in the program yet when it comes to real world rather than guided projects I feel completely lost as well. This week I started to review everything after graduating the program in April. I'm planning to learn by building this time rather than tutorials. Let me know if you want to team up and build some stuff. I would have to start very basic and grow from there lol

    I was learning Python and watched numerous tutorials, but now I find myself struggling to write code and create anything meaningful. Whenever I attempt to work on something, I feel like I'm not making any progress, leading to a sense of demotivation. It seems that I forget everything I've learned whenever I try to start a project. I could really use some guidance and help to overcome this situation.

      I think better get fundamentals with your language and for each concept build your small app that use this concept then when you hit another concept implement this in your app never just copy code from GPT you are going no where what if in code interview some one ask you how a sync js work or what is closure in js? You gona ask gpt. Conclusion don’t be script kitty do those researches when you are confident in fundamental concepts and you stuck somewhere in the way of building your app. Otherwise how will you ever know you need useEffect without hearing there is such thing

    Learning how to code without necessarily wasting time memorising stuff is essential. You need to know the capabilities of the programming or the language. And sometimes just learning gives you idea of what you can and cannot do.

    could you please clarify a bit more on how to balance between learning theory and practising? for example, if you were once a beginner and need to Leetcode. Would you learn DSA first and then doing leetcode, or, would you start Leetcode without DSA at all and then learn along the way as you do more questions?

  • @Mahdi62822
    @Mahdi62822 11 месяцев назад

    no
    coding is a science , coding is a science and a skill ij the same time , so you are wrong in that
    and when you google things whrn you need them then this is a study , you are studying on google , which is a bad way to study
    and when someone study programming the right way , he can practisce too and this is important for learning , and not just watch , so you are wrong in this too
    you yourself studied cs50 and one of your first video said you were studing cssu
    so iam sure studying programming is importent
    i think we should not just study , and not just do code , we need to do both , i think the best way to be a powerful programmer is to do both of them , to study and then practise what you have studied

    I recommend coding on Mac if you're starting; I was coding on Windows (MSI laptop) at first. I tried factory reset for the first time and I was stuck on the blue screen error so don't buy any Windows laptop because it's outdated; instead, buy a Mac because it operate so smooth and the environmental variables on Windows is horrible even if you pip install a software.
