14 years, 14 long years ago, I meet my then gf now wife and I had the feeling that she wasn’t as much into me as I was into her. I showed her this song. This is how i fell in love with Robyn’s music!

What makes her phenomenal is that she is imperfect on her delivery. Like you said she doesn't have a technical voice, but she can convey emotions and make you feel human. Her lyrics are far to beautiful, and she has some sort of umph to her voice that reminds you what it is to feel.
I have never felt that listening to Adele, or numerous other ballad singers.

This is her acoustic version of "Be Mine" - in my opinion her best version, and perhaps best performance ever. But she's just a huge artist, always.
