I'd say the Toy Gun from FONV. First you have to liberate a power station and direct the power to a Relay station. Then liberate said relay station and redirect the signal. Finally obtain the gun from a bunch of kids. Then you will have the power of a Satellite Laser Weapon. Speaking of Toy Guns. FO4 Nuka Cola DLC will give you a Nuclear firing water gun if you complete a side quest that started before the war as a promotion for Quantum Cola. Not only will you find out how to make Quantum mini nukes, but also how to turn your water pistol into a mini nuke launcher. That makes cool Light Blue Nuke clouds.

You can actually get the Left Finger of Glova as soon as you get the glider if you upgrade the glider to max. Takes some skill but you can scale the vnc tower pretty easy once you do.
