RUclips didn't recommend this one even though I'm subscribed! Not something I'm familiar with but I'm glad to see Lukasz wearing PPE. I plan on opening up a trail this year and am quite inexperienced with a chain saw. It's just another power tool so definitely something I can handle. However, I just have a pair of chaps for worse case. No eyes or ears. Definitely smart to wear.

Ahhh so fun, clearing trail has to be one of the most exhilarating things to do. Goodluck, enjoy!
I have to say, Lukasz is really good with his gear, and good thing...I've sewn up his pants a couple times...got kissed by the saw…They scare you like crazy in the arborist courses he took...a healthy fear is wise...I am not as good…I go out in the bush like a wild cowboy 🤠
That’s too bad RUclips didn’t tell you about this one…it does have more “dislikes” than my other videos…maybe that’s why. I think if you hit the notification bell on the subscribe button, RUclips will make sure to tell you when I release a new video.
Good to hear from you Zach...any snow in MD this year?!

@@offthepathlearning Yea good call on notification bell. I tend not to use it because I follow so few people it usually pops up day of.
Good on him. What you mention is exactly why I got chaps for trail clearing. Usually I view power tools as "respect your tool and you won't get hurt" but a chainsaw is a totally different ballgame than stuff like circular saws and nail guns. Eyes and ears, Eyes and ears. gotta remember that lol.

You cut a huge dutchman…start with your bottom cut first then your angle cut and you will be able to see much better to line up that face…
