  • How to make Greek Garlic Potato Dip - Skordalia
    This easy greek potato mash you can easy make and it is a delicious dip for your fish. Make the skordalia like this and you will be amazed.
    INGREDIENTS:
    - 500 g potatoes
    - 500 ml of water
    - salt
    - 2 tbsp olive oil
    -----------------------
    - 1-2 garlic cloves
    - 2 tbsp vinegar
    - 30 ml olive oil
    - some lemon juice
    - salt and pepper

    We don’t need to much olive oil
    You can use some cream

      We don't use cream when we make skordalia. It is not a puree. You can always add less oil and some water if it doesn't match to the texture you desire.

    Bonjour, c'est bien 30ml d'huile d'olive ? Donc environ 2 cuillères à soupe ! Vous versez beaucoup plus. Ce n'est pas 30 cl. ??
    Vous versez 2 cuillères à soupe de vinaigre, donc environ 30 ml. Quelle différence !!

      Bonjour. Il s'agit d'environ 30 à 50 ml d'huile d'olive. Une cuillère à soupe équivaut à environ 10 ml, vous pouvez ajouter environ 4 à 5 cuillères. Passe une bonne journée.

    Rețeta de scordalia este redată fidel în stilul dvs. propriu "simply the best", totiși nu înțeleg care este rostul oțetului în combinație cu sucul de lămâie ???

      Buna ziua. Otetul in combinatie cu zeama de lamaie au un gust mai bun. Dar puteti adauga fie doar otet fie doar zeama de lamaie.
