From deciding I wanted to jump out of airplanes in the army at 17, to pulling up stakes to move one one place to another across the US, to going on missions trips to Costa Rica and other spots, I've learned that if you wait until you have all the guarantees you think you need, you may never do anything worthwhile in your life.
Take a chance, step out into the unknown, or you may never know what you could've done with your life!

I'm subscribed. Been watching your videos for about a year. The wife and I land at Juan Santamaria in three days, on the 17th. Always a cool story. You have to write a book. From going back to Russia and all the houses and places you have lived in CR and friends you have made it would be a great read. It has been in the mid 40s 7:04 to mid 70s since I have been back and fishing has been great so I guess N Fla is saying stay here. Pura Vida !
Yes later in life I'll be sure to write the book!

I think you are the right person for the job you've taken on: both intelligent and compassionate. I would have liked to join your relocation retreat this June, but $2000 +airfare is more than I can afford right now. Perhaps we will do something like that in the future. Where did you buy the dog in this video's screenshot? I want to get the same kind of dog for a friend in Costa Rica.
I had a friend help me with getting her. All of my others have been rescues, but this one was a birthday present for my daughter last year.
