What is the major differences between magnetic LED profiles vs the LED profiles with drivers, receivers hard wires to each 24 foot length? In terms of quality, limitations, any major issues or disadvantages?

Is this designed to plastered in to the ceiling or walls or can it be plastered into ceilings and walls?

Our ClickBright™ Light Bar isn't designed to be plastered into walls or ceilings, and we wouldn't recommend it.
Instead, you can choose an LED Strip along with a channel for that kind of installation.
