🟥🟧🟨🟩➡️ I had several challenges to overcome with this project. Because my diy circle cutter for the router didn't fit, I had to build a new one at lightning speed, with which I could mill the particularly small radius. I am delighted with the simple device, it works precisely and reliably.
What was a bit of a pain: the acacia was no longer dark throughout after sanding. Acacia is the only affordable dark wood available in DIY stores and is perfectly suitable for small handicrafts, but the wood proved to be extremely unpredictable for this project. Due to the video shoot, I hadn't taken enough time to select the pieces of wood. For the striped effect, I had to do it myself afterwards and darken one area with paint.
Last but not least, a corner broke off when I was chamfering the edges. However, the corner could be repaired surprisingly well, so you can't see it anymore. I only remembered it when I was editing the video!
The project was fun, educational and I know what to look out for next time! There would also have been enough space for a box twice as wide... The next idea is already waiting in the wings.

wie bei Dir inzwischen nicht anders gewohnt, wieder mal ein sehr ansprechendes Projekt.
Der Tambour-Werkzeugkasten ist Dir sehr gut gelungen und passt auch wunderbar in Deine Holzwerkstatt.
Goldig finde ich auch Dein Schiebestock in Form einer Handsäge- sehr originell.
Was mir weiterhin sehr positiv auffällt bei allen Deinen Videos ist, dass Schleifstaub, Späne usw. sofort entfernt werden.
(Das sieht bei manch anderen RUclipsrn in der Werkstatt, nicht immer so ordentlich und sauber aus).
Also mach bitte weiter so und zeige uns auch künftig neue und tolle "MELA-Projekte".

Do ostatnich minut byłem pewny, że - jako szafka, będzie zamontowana w pionie i że będą w niej półki. 🙂
W tej pozycji będzie zbierał się pył w nucie. Zarówno z powietrza, jak i z ocierając się o siebie elementów szafki.

Dein Problem mit dem „Akazienholz“ kommt mir sehr bekannt vor. Im Baumarkt wird gerne Robinienholz wird unter dem Namen Akazienholz verkauft. Das ist meist braun gebeizt. Einmal geschliffen, gehobelt oder sonst was und schon ist es hell. Dann hilft nur noch pinseln … 😅
Das Holzproblem hast Du aber super gemeistert. Das Schränkchen ist sehr schön geworden!!!

Thanks for your comment! The workshop has about 12 m². Humidity is not a problem. For heating, I have an infrared panel and heated socks.

Ja, genau, es ist ein Holzstück befestigt mit einer Klammer für wiederholgenaue Schnitte. Ganz simpel provisorisch. @@andreasehrlich9227
