Those wood ceilings, kitchen and stone fireplace in the house and the pond outside are to die for! There was a lot of money spent on those new windows and other stuff, so sad that it may be demolished. I hate vandals, ugh.

That huge stone fireplace was impressive but the whole room itself was epic! GORGEOUS. I actually gasped when I first saw it. I would also have some kind of deck that you could view that beautiful pond from. What a waste that it's going to be torn down.

17:03 Neo-Victorianism was a popular design style in the 1990s, which might explain the confusion of the bath furnishings having that nineteenth century look in such good condition. It’s a possibility here that the renovators were trying to match up the styles with 90s Neo-Victorian farmhouse furnishings, which now would be difficult to find, but not as difficult as actual Victorian era items. 🤷‍♀️ The flat square tiles are classic 90s decor, possibly adding to the confusion. I love your videos, and that you’re knowledgeable about design and architectural styles. I wish more explorers were so knowledgeable. 😂 I also enjoy the longer, detailed videos. I watch theses abandoned videos in order to see great interior design and architecture, keep up the good work!

Thanks again for another adventure. I thought the Safari had been wrecked but then it was just all the windows knocked out by vandals. The teal looking door is a twin to the door going out of my cellar. I really loved the pine ceiling and hutch , cabinets in the kitchen. The huge brick fireplace with slate , cedar closet, green toilet/ sink , and also the red floating sink. The wallpaper and cherub light moulding too. It definitely had been remodeled more than a couple times. If 8t was built in between the late 1890s to 1900 it would have been called a "double house" as that's what they were called here in Maine. The wind has been wicked here today making it so much colder. Good work my friend.

Hi Ethan, this property is absolutely gorgeous, I loved the big stone fire place, the kitchen was huge, reminds me of the 2 family late 1800's plantation farm house I live in growing up, I got a chance to go back when I was visiting and I expected it to be so decompose, but to my surprise the owner's son renovated it and it is absolutely breath taking with an almost 1 million dollar price tag, a lot of good memories and I was glad it was saved, thank you for filming places like this, I really enjoy it

I would say, it started out as an old farmhouse, then freshened to modern in the late 60's and upgraded with additions in the late 80's or early 90's. Fell victim to re-developers, and easy to see the potential in the property. Probably be replaced with cracker box palaces with a view of the pond, and will be redeveloped again in 2085. (Ha Ha) Thanks for this one Ethan.

I was wondering why the bucket of salt at the start, was that for the snow??, Melbourne Australia here and we don't get snow in winter only on some of the mountains, The Kitchen looks like it's missing an island bench, or maybe just had a huge family table. Agree Ethan the handles look like they are porcelain. @6:20 Ah the calming fireplace, if only for a moment in time we could see this home as it was back in the day. @8:18 you 100% Nailed it, I and so many of us agree "Why Graffiti Something that is not yours" Braindead in my opinion. @9:24 Those blinds encased in the glass are quite a good idea. I'm dreaded you going down that basement, but I'm still watching.. @10:58 my favourite Room with that fireplace Beautiful. @11:00 The name agree a total waste of Oxygen. @11:49 I nearly chocked on my tea when the Gentleman walked out, and I'm not into paranormal, stupid clickbait haunted crap.
