A great book from surely one of the most iconic, innovative and recognizable guitarists since the late sixties. I got this book some while after it was published, Tony was doing some signing events throughout a few cities in the UK to promote it. The nearest to me was in Sheffield, one snag I was going to Kenya a few days before so never had the opportunity to go to the signing, meet, greet and maybe shake his hand. They say sometimes to meet your heroes can be a dissapointment, but from all the interviews and pieces with Tony I have to say I think the total opposite. To me he seems to be very approachable, humourous, down to earth and a gentleman, not a prima donna as some celebrities, sports stars or famous people can be. Although Black Sabbath have kind of retired, at least from touring, I am sure Tony will continue with his music with whoever and whatever style he wishes. Keep on rocking Tone🎸👏👏
You are right. He was always an incredible musician, and amazing person, but he is much more pleasant and approachable and open than he used to be. Sometimes in the past he came off as arrogant and/or bitter over some things-and surely for good reason. But I am glad he seems to have found peace and is much more laid back.

Good book. I like how it doesn't beat around the bush. Good and to the point.
Iommi's become a gentleman with age. I don't mean he wasn't one long time ago, but, he's changed. Well, that's how it is, innit?
