Great video! I would like to point out one thing that may really impact ones well being is the constantly comparing yourself to others. Competitiveness is good and all, but it’s easy to become obsessed with comparing yourself to others, which tends to lead to loss of motivation and etc.
Yes! You said it the best. Good tip for this one is to always ask “what is my purpose for comparing” and “what are my expectations when comparing”, just to check if whatever your answer is, is it realistic and actually beneficial for you.
Well definitely needed to hear this, I took a break to take care of life and was feeling like I should be practicing since all I see is people doing one to two puzzles a day. I will get back to it next month, still doing some casually puzzling here and there to fill up the need for puzzling.
Sounds like a great plan! If it’s only going back because of FOMO then it may not be the right reason but if it’s pure excitement and fits the calendar of life then why not. 😊
@puzzlewithemilia I don't feel like I'm missing out since I don't own those puzzles, but it's like people are getting better, and I'm not doing anything
Thank you for this great video! I also think that it is important not to lose sight of the topic when doing speed puzzles. Wherever there is competition, the topic of mental health should be taken into account. Thank you for that! ❤ Best regards @dani.puzzelt
Thank you Dani! There are always two sides of the same coin. And one should never lose their 'why'. Competing is so much fun but it doesn't mean that it's the only thing that comes with it . :)

This was a great video, always important to hear these things repeatedly until they really stick.
That’s a great way to put it. Easier said than done. Takes a conscious effort to even keep it up after it really sticks!
