Hi, I'm a mo cap performer and I gotta say you have some really useful exercises on your channel. I guess I'm not your typical viewer but being in shape for an audition is a chore for me and those quick workouts at home are what I needed. Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding. PS. You almost saw me in the new Resident Evil 4 game as Leon :)

I know this is a specific wall one, is it possible to do without a wall just for the Pilates workout, I don’t really have an open wall large enough for my legs
The floor part is great for prolapse. Depending on how severe your prolapse is the standing part may be okay, but if your feel heaviness then I would stop. If you aren’t sure then a pelvic floor physical therapist is the best person to ask what is safe for your body 💞

Yes, clearance is usually 6-8 weeks so you should be good!💞
