    Loved this! 7 months pp with DR and my 3rd baby. Ive never felt so weak. But I have been doing your exercises and can slowly feel my core and body becoming stronger!

      I’m the same, 3 months and I’ve never in my life had a belly or had to work out, I wanna get in shape for the summer coming up, will I be able to get my and back just doing gentle stuff like this? I can’t go to the gym yet due to my little one and work schedule right now

    I was hoping you’d post a wall Pilates video to see what it’s all about (you are the only one I trust to take DR into consideration)! I appreciate the chance to try it but I do have to say I find your regular Pilates and work out videos to be more challenging/satisfying for me personally (though totally get needing to meet the current demand)!

    I don't usually have an open wall in my workout space so have been passing this by. But I loved it today! Felt like I worked different muscles and perfect for a hot day when I'm not feeling my best and can lay down for part of the workout 😅 thanks Jessica!!

    I’ve done it twice this week, I’ve started running this week (as a beginner) and haven’t done much of your Pilates workouts this month been forcing on weights and walking (doing more steps) more so I was happy to try something new.
    I’m still printing your charts every month and have my own timetable of what I have done next to it. Give me inspiration.
    Please can you do some hip stretches / openers, this where I’m tightest and also thighs

    Hi, I'm a mo cap performer and I gotta say you have some really useful exercises on your channel. I guess I'm not your typical viewer but being in shape for an audition is a chore for me and those quick workouts at home are what I needed.
    Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding.
    PS. You almost saw me in the new Resident Evil 4 game as Leon :)

    Safe for prolapse?

      The floor part is great for prolapse. Depending on how severe your prolapse is the standing part may be okay, but if your feel heaviness then I would stop. If you aren’t sure then a pelvic floor physical therapist is the best person to ask what is safe for your body 💞

      This is for after pregnancy (after clearance for postpartum exercises) usually 4-6 weeks 💞
