For some reason this didn't click with me. I didn't understood that this was from FFXI, even though played that game a lot. And played quite a few matches in CC. Well, more FFIX references the better. I hope it will one day get enough love as FFIV did in the last patch. (Although whole GiGi arc of Hildy's adventures, Alexander's angelic wings, this theme, Prima Vista theatre ship some minor references are still pleasant, I would really want to see something more substantial like idk, a bit of a plot line or a full character on same level as Omega or something like that. But I guess, we can hope for the future)
@@OmegaEnvych I actually feel you on that! I'm so used to listening to the music so many times, it felt like a classic coming back. Final Fantasy music became synonymous with all other final fantasy in FFXIV that I just accepted it without realizing it hahaha

The only redeeming factor of being stuck at diamond rank(repeatedly getting teams that don't fight on crystal like ever) is I have this to listen to at least. Nice cover as usual man, sounds great

you know, despite the many, many times i've replayed ff9, i don't think i've ever gotten first.. but like, to be fair, you can't make that much of a bop and expect people to compete against npcs

I was playing white mage at first and bored with winning every single match ever with most damage and kills and healing and everything.. then switched to monk and now I lose everything but the mode is now actually fun because it's a garbage class with the lowest damage across the board but I can suplex someone to death every minute and that's all I want
