Not that I can drink enough classified growths to know definitively, but based on reputation these two seem like prime examples of under-classified Chateau. Perhaps Pontet-Canet is another clear one? Ferriere is an interesting one to me, as a third-growth. Seems to be a very polarizing one people either swear by, or consider to be fairly simple and for relatively early consumption. I am sure there are many more that could be discussed.
