When juicing , use your pulp for a meal!

- So today I juiced celery and I’m going to show you a quick meal you can make using the pulp!
Tacos or a scramble using the following ingredients:
Red potatoes
Red peppers
Red onions
Celery pulp
Zucchini
Garlic powder
Salt free seasoning from www.etsy.com/shop/LadyVCollections
Lemon juice
Pepper
Pink sea salt
Braggs liquid Aminos
Grapeseed oil

I love that you used potatoes because I have not heard or seen a vegan talk or mention potatoes, because I love potatoes and didn’t want to totally give them up. I don’t eat them often but I will. Thanks so much for sharing. Also for demonstrating.how to use your pulp, because I am guilty of always throwing it away. 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Tabitha you can also get some vegan broth and freeze that and ice trays and her little cubes of it. It comes in handy when you doing recipe for stir-fry like you doing now. Love you be blessed.
Why freeze it in Ice cubes when you can just pour the broth in the pot. I'm a little confused
@@williambsings I'm just guessing probably because freezing makes it last longer and the cubes are individualized for convenient use in small dishes such as this because you can use as many or less as you like.
You make eating Vegan foods look good
My mom and dad are aging out and they inspired me to learn to cook. But they don’t eat vegan. So I literally can’t go to the store now without thinking of you now. Whole Foods owes you because I shop mainly there now because of you. Bless you!

It probably has much to do with her diet. My skin was glowing and had less blemishes when I tried a vegan diet for a month!

Hey Tab...I've been a fan follower of yours for little of a year now. I just recently bought me a new juicer been almost 10+ years since I last juiced. But let me tell you I feel the same way about not wasting food. I have left over carrot pulp to use for a carrot cake or cupcakes today. But I love the idea of celery pulp for a stir fry. I've just used carrot, kale pulp for my cold salads. Then cucumber pulp to make home-made salad dressing

I was thinking that celery looks like crab then she suggested making it into patties. I bet with that texture and some Old Bay and Tony's, maybe a little mashed potato, egg, onion and a touch of red pepper dipped in bread crumbs and fried would be similar to crab cakes.

In Beijing, they make a meat based stir fry with only meat (barely wet with soy & fresh ginger) and a whole head of celery, leaves and all. I make it at home all of the time, but would definitely do the same with just celery and the pulp. It's so good!

I love celery and think I would make a cream of celery soup with potatoes and garlic. Vegans could use cashew milk (I use cashew milk for an Indian spiced cauliflower soup, even though I'm not vegan. It's so good and creamy!).
