    I can only stay on the beam for seconds. How and what do we do to be able to progress?

      Hi Loretta - to start with it can be helpful to improve to use a wall or dowel to help while you are building up your balance. Otherwise if it is more of a foot strength/resilience issue and it is too uncomfortable to stand on the beam, starting with a Beginner Beam or one of our new SoleMates may be necessary!
