    Kwesi just seems like a really cool dude to talk to. He speaks with so much conviction in his approach without ever seeming arrogant or above accepting new information. You can tell he’s thought over everything he says- both the concept itself, and how to communicate it effectively- and that really sets him apart from even some of the best minds in sports analytics. It makes sense he’s in the position he’s in today because of how crucial communication is. He’s on the forefront of bridging the gap between old and new ways of thinking.

    A really good interview. I do think that the Kwesi-KOC partnership in terms of vision and working together has been a healthy one. I also suspect they've had differences from time to time and the egos aren't such that it paralyzes their ability to work through things and come up with solutions. We still don't know how it will ultimately play out, but I think this GM and HC have a chance to work long term. I like both Kwesi and KOC as they seem to be quality people. I pull for the team first and foremost, but you'd like see good people succeed.

    Kwesi is refreshingly humble for a high intellect person in power. I personally don't value process nearly as much as results, so I loved how the draft played out. I was a Cousins fan but totally agreed that it was time to move on and I would give Kwesi an A+ on the combination of free agency and the draft. I personally think McCarthy will have the best NFL career of the 6 QBs drafted in rd1 and I am very happy that a deal could not be finalized to move up to #3. I think McCarthy will be a top 10 QB in years 2 thru 10 and Turner will be the rookie defensive player of the year and could be a major force going forward. Replacing Cousins and Hunter with McCarthy and Turner will save $65M+ per year while getting younger at both positions and opening cap space to build a Super Bowl contending team.

    I wasn't high on Kwesi, but I'm coming around. I appreciate how he had a ceiling on Cousins and stuck to it, and didn't overpay to move up to #3. Now he'll completely win me over if he does the same with Jefferson. Paying a WR $35m/y is way too much for a position that doesn't move the needle where it matters. Invest that money (and the draft capital you get in return) in something that could move the needle, like on the IOL and IDL. That's more of a championship building move than paying a fan favorite too much money. You win playoff games in the trenches not with WR's.
    I also like how you were able to poke at him a little bit on the "competitive rebuild" and the "cult of collaboration" and he was able to laugh about it. It would've been impressive if you completed the trifecta by sneaking in a "full Rams" but maybe next time lol.

    After a somewhat rocky start draft-wise, I'm really excited about KOC and KAM leading this team for another, say, 10 years. They have a real PLAN for the team, have fixed the cap problem starting in 2025, have brought in strong players on both sides of the ball, and always focus on culture, support, and connection. If process equals product, let the wins start to pile up.

  • @robe2504

    It's a small or limited data set - NOT a sample size, because you are not sampling when you have all the data, but there is not much! Smaller data sets generally have wider variance, and a larger standard deviation, which is different.
    A sample size is only used in surveys or sampling, and has a higher margin of error, and a confidence interval.

      You see this clearly! Every year we continue to see our team not improve this area of the team. Every team attacks the interior of this offensive line and every year we fail to improve. Bradbury lives in the backfield as he lacks the anchor to stop the bull rush.

    • @infamousnobody5172
      @infamousnobody5172 Месяц назад

      @newt6639 at his VERY best Bradbury is average or below. But you are absolutely 💯 on him get pushed into the backfield. The other thing is always wanting to switch players from their natural positions on the line (put a tackle as guard) or use journeymen or backups as starters. Look at everyteam in the playoffs that did anything, strong o and d lines.
