I've been lucky enough to ride most of the well known riding spots around Scotland over the past few years, but there has been one place that has kept escaping me.
That place is Pitmedden. Any time that I thought about visiting before, I ended up going somewhere closer, like Dunkeld or the likes. Anyway, this time I committed and finally ticked Pitmedden of the list.
What a place it is! Small hill, easy climb and many short but intense descents to be had. Add in some great company and you've got a good day on the bike.
