I bought one but it appears to not have countdown on they time of cooking and also doesn't allow more than 40 mins cooking time at one time ..is there something I may be doing wrong or is this like this?

Hello! I have the same problem with mine, bought it a couple weeks ago and cooked a few meals, but it stays in preheat mode and the countdown does not start. Did you found out what was the issue with yours? Thanks!

I've just prepared one of my favourite veggie and veal soups in this multocooker. It is deeeelicious. Just like the one I prepare on the cooker. It took less than an hour with cleaning, peeling, chopping and cooking (20 minutes preparing the ingredients and 30 minutes in the multicooker on Soup)
I can't wait to try more recipes!
