The owners of the "Golden Lion" Irish pub wanted to change the name to something more Irish , but seeing the small street is called "Golden Lion Bank" , the locals were not impressed and successfully challenged the change of name. Great pub , I was there a few days ago 😊 Fabulous weather for a video.

What I see as an outsider? Lovely town with narrow streets , very alive ,nice architecture and very tempting signs with sea food. The abbey and graveyard very impressive.
