I understand why RUclipsrs might skip them. But for me, watching the intros and the outros every time is an integral part of the experience. I feel like it's disrespectful towards the artists to skip them, but they also serve a big role. The intro gets you in the mood to watch the show, and the outro lets you cool down and gather your thoughts right after an episode ends. For instance JJK season 2 OP "Specialz" is a must while watching because you miss out on the importance of the song playing in one of the episodes if you never watch the intro.
I always skip to avoid spoilers then listen afterwards. I don't think its disrespectful, its up to each person to determine how they want to consume art.
The only disrespect comes from whoever directs openings, they shouldn't disrespect their dedicated fans by putting major plot spoilers in 99% of Anime openings
I don’t know if you noticed but in the Rumbling opening the song said, while showing Eren, “All I wanted was to save your life, I never wanted to grab a knife” it goes back when Eren saved Mikasa when they were children and just adult Eren committing mass m*rder to “save” his friends.

By the way for 45:00 explaining just in case: This is the ending song for season 2, meaning the Ymir thing, origins of the titans, rumbling etc haven't been depicted in the MANGA, and anime yet. Isayama-sensei showed us what's to come right in front of us but we just didn't understand! 🤣 When you look back it it, chills! And apparently the English lyrics are just Google translated stuff and it's not supposed to make sense, which probably helped divert people's attention from what's being shown in front of their faces. 🤔😂

Others watched the openings before watching the show, so they couldn't say anything except for whether they liked them or not, but they didn't know what was going on so they couldn't fathom the epicness and the clever way the openings and endings that were made. I really enjoyed your reaction guys!! I had a huge grin on my face watching you getting hyped all over again, reminiscing top tier moments of the show!! That was awesome! ❤❤❤❤😊
There was actually another opening and ending released with the final episode that you haven't seen. They're both uploaded on RUclips. The OP is called - Saigo no Kyojin (The Last Titan) And the ED is called - Itterasshai(See you later)
Ed 4: 46:50 "the one who throws stones (Historia's husband since we know he used to throw stones at her when they were kids. You can even see him in the background, this was s3 pt1 btw!!!) and those who stones are thrown at (Historia)."
Yeah there is actually German lyrics in Guren no Yumiya the first opening. VA’s for Eren and Conny had an Attack on Titan Podcast and invited VA for Mikasa and the three of them sang the Guren no Yumiya but completely fumbled the German part 😂 The Falco ending, ending #6, always reminds me of Jean as the first time you hear this ending in Season 4 ep 1 you see Jean walking away with the newspaper and this outro music begins. Jean - our first Scout sighting in season 4. Armin doesn’t get an ending focus the way Mikasa, Eren and Historia did, except I like to think his ending is the season finale ending of Season 3, when T-kt is playing. And at the very end of it you see Eren looking out the window, and then Armin seated crossed legged on the stone ground holding the seashell (presumably while talking to frozen Annie). While we get depressed Eren here, we get hopeful Armin. The music I listen to most is Red Swan and Akuma no Ko. Don’t forget to react to Hiroyuki Sawano’s Attack on Titan suite. Project Emu. My favorites of Sawano’s are the ThanksAT/Shingekinokyojin/T-Kt variants, YOUSEEBIGGIRL/T:T, the weight of lives, and Counterattack Mankind among so many others (they don’t call Sawano “Godswano” for nothing).
In the end of the full song of first opening the lyrics say "Deprived of his horizon, Eren yearned for freedom". The full lyrics of the songs was made so carefully.
At 24:29 you can look at the current jaw titan but if you look at the window you will see that the reflection shows ymir because she was the previous owner of the titan
You missed the last opening, " The Last Titan." and the ending " See you later." from the last episode. You also missed the opening "Under the Tree" and "To you, in 2000 o 20 000 years in the futur."
I'm glad they left those out because they barely even feel official. The Under the Tree "opening" is actually an ending song that got a music video thrown on it with zero original visuals. And imo The Last Titan was just the most egregiously worst "opening".
@@kiwistuff4237 It isn't the worst. This is your opinion not a fact. Don't ruin them the full experience. And if they don't like, they don't like it. And The Last Titan has probably the most significative lyrics for the meaning of the show. See you Later and To you, in 2000 or 20 000 years in the future have also very very important lyrics.
I'm happy to see your reactions of how much you're enjoying it! I'd love to see your reactions to the Hiroyuki Sawano / Project【emU】"Attack on Titan" suite someday! But I really want to see it soon☺️.
I literally cried when I watched "Name of Love" (ending S3 Part 2) with the subtitle on, realizing that it is Eren's goodbye to the scouts and his friends. I think the reason why it is nostalgic because it shows that Eren truly treasures them. The lyrics "don't forget about me" scarred me knowing that he really want to be remembered despite of him telling Mikasa in his last moments to forget about him 😭💔 P.S: I love how chaotic you guys are 😅 It's reason why I subscribed to your channel when you guys only had 3 reaction videos and on Patreon ❤️ Glad that your channel is growing!
Op5: 18:49 The devil temptingly whispers "tread ur path with corpses" foreshadowing how Eren lost his mind in the paths starting the rumbling. The full version lyrics: "The reward for dreaming of freedom is a cold bed of earth (death). Sometimes borrowing the form of a god (it's basically what Eren was trying to be while in paths determining who lives and dies), justice bares its fangs. Inside the cage, outside the cage, is it all hell?" Mentioning the rumbling again "The devil softly murmured, proceed on the path of corpses." "Laments/pain and regrets/grudges repeat in a loop inside a miniature garden. And at the end of a stream of memories We question the meaning of freedom." It's more about how Eren felt all types of feelings and memories all at once while in paths since past, present& future exist together there. Then he questions what's freedom if everything is already determined. This part is interesting but i can't tell what it means "Perhaps to someone it was a vow to save the rest of humanity? And to someone a dream? Grief and hatred intersect and the crimson arrow takes aim at both of them." (Fans say crimson arrow which was mentioned many times in most Linked Horizon songs mean the rumbling. There was even a song, maybe the first op, that says "between all people, Eren gets the crimson arrow" and in the song music video it shows a guy wearing the SAME jacket Eren wore in S4 and walking in the same place adult Eren walked in the rumbling op. The guy is getting an arrow and then killing another version of himself and afterwards he turns into a bird and fly away in a crazily similar place to where the final battle happened. Also, the guy in the music video holds his head getting crazy. But that part was vague since I couldn't tell if it was the same guy or another actor. If it was him then it's Eren losing his mind in paths by seeing all past, present, future memories at once. But it could also be another actor/ actress meaning Mikasa and her headaches getting severe during the last battle. This music video was released during S1 by Revo (s1_3 singer) and it just spoils how Eren is going to cause his own death and then getting free. Even the cover Pic of the first album of S1 songs by Revo (linked horizon main singer) is Revo standing above a red ground with his arms wide open (the way Eren did in the freedom scene). There's NO WAY Revo knew this by himself without Isayama telling him everything.
Yaaa, you can't imagine how many times I cried during Akuma no ko after the end of AOT. Like... The emotions and feelings it gives you..... SOOO GOOD🥹🥹🥹 (If you willing to cry - just listen and watch Akuma no ko and remember everything that happened in AOT. Especially about Eren and Mikasa).
I envy you guys for watching too much PEAK. AOT, Vinland Saga, JJK, Death Note, omg simply peak experience. But you know what? We are watching even more peak, we are watching you guys. Hands down, best channel out there.
YAY, FINALLY SOMETHING THAT I'VE SEEN - Kimetsu No Yaiba. Really excited for this one! Because I haven't seen death note, vinland saga, squid game 2, solo leveling 2, frieren, since I'm a newbie at anime. So really hyped about Kimetsu No Yaiba.
I am ALWAYS watching the openings because they are meant to be watched before the episode starts. The opening sets the tone of the Anime and it gives you the mood you should be in to watch the episode And the AoT OPs is doing this job perfectly Its really a shame that you haven't watched the Rumbling OP with the last season It would have hyped you even more
Season 4 OP1 is actually the one that grows on you the most. At first I didn’t like it, but it ended up being one of my favorites. As far as I know it’s a pretty common experience with this one specifically
Just a heads up you guys missed an opening and 2 endings. The final specials had 2 ending songs “under the tree” for the 2nd special and the series finale had an opening and an ending song for the credits
It'd be great if at some point you guys did a rewatch of the whole series just because the show is so great for it with all its hidden details and because it'd be great to have Ronnie being able to fully discuss with the rest of you.
I get like a lump in my throat when hearing some of these songs 😭 That's how much I loved this anime. The Rumbling always gets to me because like you all said, it gives us a glimpse into Eren's head/mindset.
Guys, remember that the last 2 parts of season 4 also have separate songs. For example they should react to SIM's "Under the three" which is the end of the first of the 2 final parts.
And Under the Tree by Sim? 🥲I almost lost it when somebody told me it's from POV of Eren's HEAD as it's being carried by Mikasa to the tree after the finale🤯🤯
Op 7 When Isayama was asked in an interview during s1_3 (idk when exactly) about AOT's characters' favorite type of music, he answered since Eren is angry most of the time, he'd prefer screaming while singing. Thus, op7 was made.
I think all the things you would consider as spoilers are because you already watched the show before. Believe me, when you watch it without any knowledge, the things you pick up will hype you up, but there's no way you're gonna get the whole story. When I watched some endings and some parts of the openings I was like, I feel like there's a lot of clues but I can't make any sense of them. When I watched them again after, I was like "OH !.... Right. I get it now". And things that seem obvious now wouldn't have been to you past self 😊
Op6 21:34 "Angels playing disguised with devil's faces" idk about English but in my language we say devils disguise as angels NOT the other way around. To me it's more about how Eren is presenting himself as the devil while (to his friends at least) he has pure intentions that's saving them which is angelic. "You are the real enemy" it's a final answer to the most repeated question in the show (who is the enemy?), Eren is.
in season 1 ed, Mikasa asked "in this cruel world, what will we protect? " and in season 4 pt 2 ed, Eren replies "this world cruel but I love you... even if I sacrifice everything, I'll protect you" And I never watch the intro because of spoilers... i don't need a tease to something im already excited about. I always listen to it but i wouldn't actually watch until the finale. I think you guys made the right call. Btw, im Sure others already said this but Y'all left out 3 songs. 1. Under the tree ed. (Same people who made the rumbling song). Told in the prospective of Mikasa. 2. The last titan Op. (Same people who made the first Season 1 OP) 3. Itterasshai ED. (Same person who made Akuma no Ko... the one in eren’s prospective) told in mikasa prospective.
Please check out the live Attack on Titan music! There are two famous live shows! Hiroyuki Sawano / Project (emU) "Attack on Titan" suite Linked Horizon LIVE "Attack On Titan Opening Guren no Yumiya Live" The OP 7 "Rumbling"& ED 7 "Akuma No Ko " are both songs about Eren's true feelings. These two songs have a greater meaning when combined. Of course the music is great, but the lyrics are really great.
These don’t actually really spoil much. It’s only in retrospective that you see the hidden meaning of some things; and as far as spoiling action scenes goes, it’s only season 3 part 2 that does it, and up until then, we’ve been shown already plenty of things in the openings that never ended up happening in the show, so we’ve got no reason to believe that that opening in particular was any more revealing than the ones before it.
Watch the "Attack on Titan Suite" next. It's a music performance that has 40 million views, and it's an absolute masterpiece of what humanity can do with music, chills all the way through. The guy on the piano is Hiroyuki Sawano, and he composed this in his 20's. I n s a n e. You will not believe something like this exists. One of the comments says "I feel like I should be paying to watch this video" Also maybe watch the whole Akuma No Ko video, it has scenes from the whole anime
Also this was a great reaction! So nice to see you guys discovering the openings and endings in-depth after watching the show. All the ideas and meanings you guys thought up behind what is shown was really cool! Keep it up!
44:02 Ed3 This one is crazy: from the right (Mikasa's scarf, the curse, Mikasa's scarf is full of blood). 😂 while waiting for the ending we made many crazy theories, and this was one of them. It means, Mikasa is the key to end the curse. Either by her death or her killing Eren since in both cases her scarf will get bloody.
Also, can you imagine what this all meant to us who were watching the anime for 10 years, how hard it hits. We literally haven't seen Annie for 9 real life years at one point. And one more point, rewatching AoT is better than watching AoT for the first time, for sure. It's a different show once you realize they even peppered adult Eren in the background of some scenes of season 1.
I've been waiting for 2000 years

Ed 4: 46:50 "the one who throws stones (Historia's husband since we know he used to throw stones at her when they were kids. You can even see him in the background, this was s3 pt1 btw!!!) and those who stones are thrown at (Historia)."
Yayyyyy ty for listening to our suggestions!!!
RUMBLING RUMBLING ITS COMING RUMBLING
Yeah there is actually German lyrics in Guren no Yumiya the first opening. VA’s for Eren and Conny had an Attack on Titan Podcast and invited VA for Mikasa and the three of them sang the Guren no Yumiya but completely fumbled the German part 😂
The Falco ending, ending #6, always reminds me of Jean as the first time you hear this ending in Season 4 ep 1 you see Jean walking away with the newspaper and this outro music begins.
My favorites of Sawano’s are the ThanksAT/Shingekinokyojin/T-Kt variants, YOUSEEBIGGIRL/T:T, the weight of lives, and Counterattack Mankind among so many others (they don’t call Sawano “Godswano” for nothing).
i had a long day and coming home to this newly uploaded is honestly such a treat!!
THIS IS WHAT IV BEEN WAITING FOR!!
In the end of the full song of first opening the lyrics say "Deprived of his horizon, Eren yearned for freedom". The full lyrics of the songs was made so carefully.
Watch the AOT Suite by Hiroyuki Sawanooo. YOU HAVE TO
Finally the video I’ve been waiting for 😭😭😭😭
Finally 😭😭😭 thank you so much for this ❤❤
under the tree also an op
Fun fact: when ending 3 came out, the scene of king Fritz ordering his daughters to eat Ymir hadn't even been shown in the manga yet!
I literally cried when I watched "Name of Love" (ending S3 Part 2) with the subtitle on, realizing that it is Eren's goodbye to the scouts and his friends. I think the reason why it is nostalgic because it shows that Eren truly treasures them.
The lyrics "don't forget about me" scarred me knowing that he really want to be remembered despite of him telling Mikasa in his last moments to forget about him 😭💔
P.S: I love how chaotic you guys are 😅 It's reason why I subscribed to your channel when you guys only had 3 reaction videos and on Patreon ❤️ Glad that your channel is growing!
For anime, watching the ending song is a must 😂
Op5:
18:49
The devil temptingly whispers "tread ur path with corpses" foreshadowing how Eren lost his mind in the paths starting the rumbling.
The full version lyrics:
"The reward for dreaming of freedom is a cold bed of earth (death). Sometimes borrowing the form of a god (it's basically what Eren was trying to be while in paths determining who lives and dies), justice bares its fangs. Inside the cage, outside the cage, is it all hell?"
Mentioning the rumbling again "The devil softly murmured, proceed on the path of corpses."
"Laments/pain and regrets/grudges repeat in a loop inside a miniature garden.
And at the end of a stream of memories
We question the meaning of freedom." It's more about how Eren felt all types of feelings and memories all at once while in paths since past, present& future exist together there.
SOOO GOOD🥹🥹🥹
(If you willing to cry - just listen and watch Akuma no ko and remember everything that happened in AOT. Especially about Eren and Mikasa).
Wait actually theres 1 more OP for the final chapters!
The opening sets the tone of the Anime and it gives you the mood you should be in to watch the episode
And the AoT OPs is doing this job perfectly
Its really a shame that you haven't watched the Rumbling OP with the last season
It would have hyped you even more
Season 4 OP1 is actually the one that grows on you the most.
There is another ending song you guys missed which came after the show ended called attack on titan final season finale chapter official ending
Also do react to the Full version of Ending 7. Akuma no ko
Guys you can check out the osts too, songs like barricades, the dogs, call of silence, zero eclipse yeah the list goes on. They are all so good
You missed the last op and ed, they are soooo good especially the ending, it’s so nice and I would love to see you guys react to it!
Guys, remember that the last 2 parts of season 4 also have separate songs. For example they should react to SIM's "Under the three" which is the end of the first of the 2 final parts.
Please react to ED Itterasshai
And Under the Tree by Sim? 🥲I almost lost it when somebody told me it's from POV of Eren's HEAD as it's being carried by Mikasa to the tree after the finale🤯🤯
I hope you do end up doing the other ops and eds!
Ah ive been waiting for this one
The ed 2 and ed 3 foreshadowing were insane
Where's the Erwin Dub speech reaction????
Op 7
When Isayama was asked in an interview during s1_3 (idk when exactly) about AOT's characters' favorite type of music, he answered since Eren is angry most of the time, he'd prefer screaming while singing.
And things that seem obvious now wouldn't have been to you past self 😊
i love that you guys notice the details !!
Will there be an uncut of this on your patreon?
Op6
21:34
"Angels playing disguised with devil's faces" idk about English but in my language we say devils disguise as angels NOT the other way around. To me it's more about how Eren is presenting himself as the devil while (to his friends at least) he has pure intentions that's saving them which is angelic.
"You are the real enemy" it's a final answer to the most repeated question in the show (who is the enemy?), Eren is.
We need a Sawano/Project [emU] Attack On Titan Suite reaction soon 🥺
Honestly it might be good if you had rewatched each opening like once (off camera) before the ratings because it’s all so fresh
in season 1 ed, Mikasa asked "in this cruel world, what will we protect? " and in season 4 pt 2 ed, Eren replies "this world cruel but I love you... even if I sacrifice everything, I'll protect you"
And I never watch the intro because of spoilers... i don't need a tease to something im already excited about.
(Same people who made the first Season 1 OP)
3. Itterasshai ED. (Same person who made Akuma no Ko... the one in eren’s prospective) told in mikasa prospective.
the 1st opening give me chills still
Nice reactions. Next reacts to AOT- Suite/hiroyuki sawano
You forget under the tree 😔😔😔
OP 4 gotta be my fav AOT opening of all time. Makes me cry every time.
Please check out the live Attack on Titan music! There are two famous live shows!
Hiroyuki Sawano / Project (emU) "Attack on Titan" suite
Linked Horizon LIVE "Attack On Titan Opening Guren no Yumiya Live"
The OP 7 "Rumbling"& ED 7 "Akuma No Ko " are both songs about Eren's true feelings. These two songs have a greater meaning when combined. Of course the music is great, but the lyrics are really great.
I hope you do the attack on titan suite too
There is an end song to episode 29 which is called Under the Tree You didn't hear it 🥲🥲
These don’t actually really spoil much.
Yessss lets goooo more aot videos( we demande more aot contant)
, did you guys watch the ovas ?
Not yet lol, maybe eventually :)
@@theralaz you definitely should!!
finally this lol. i look forward to you guys reacting to other show i like, like jujutsu kaisen season 2
One of the comments says "I feel like I should be paying to watch this video"
Also maybe watch the whole Akuma No Ko video, it has scenes from the whole anime
You forgot Opening 8! it's one added specifically for the two special episodes of the final season for the TV release in Japan!
Also this was a great reaction! So nice to see you guys discovering the openings and endings in-depth after watching the show. All the ideas and meanings you guys thought up behind what is shown was really cool! Keep it up!
44:02 Ed3
This one is crazy: from the right (Mikasa's scarf, the curse, Mikasa's scarf is full of blood).
