- On December 8, 2022 in Florida, officers responded to a Walmart regarding a suspected shoplifting. Walmart employees had noticed a female shopper acting suspicious on their security camera system. The woman was at the self-checkouts with a friend, and they observed the woman placing several unscanned items into a Walmart bag and then leaving the store. The Walmart employees stopped the women at the exit and escorted them to the asset protection office. The women became irritated when confronted about the incident and left the building, remaining outside, where police officers found them soon thereafter. This is body-cam footage of the events that followed.

Just arrest and take that noisy friend to jail for providing a false name to the officer.
Funny how they were denying the stealing at first, but then minutes later switched up to “I thought it was a trespass for the first time.” They really couldn’t keep up the lie that long huh
A criminal's first big red flag..."I didn't do anything"!.. Then a WHOLE LOT of mouth running.
Most time It's "I didnt do nothing"
Or the "I'm not arrested" even though they in cuffs. I laughed at the other video with one of these ladies "I'm not getting in that chair" cop said "yes you are" and she already in a wrap and football helmet.
Blame the liberals
"I'm not gonna look like an idiot, it's all on camera." That was her biggest lie. 🤣
“I’m going to jail for stealing?” Un-freaking-believable!!!
The female cop said “ LOL look, that’s weird” as she shows her ID😂
It always baffles me when they say "I'm not resisting" while actively resisting.
If you have nothing to hide, why give a false name? To think if she would've given her ID, she wouldn't; have gone to jail.
Really, not even that. All she had to do was decline to give her name, then walk away. Like the officers all said, she was given that chance. They said "If you're not involved with this situation, and you don't want to give us your name, then you may leave now."
She then chose to stay, so they asked her name again if she's going to involve herself in the investigation, and she gave the fake name.
I did decline before giving a false name & also stayed because my friend receipt was on my my phone and they asked to see it , I should of just left tho
@@JazzyBae-mc1re You seem like a rational person since u can reflect on what you could've done better.
My advice, NEVER talk to or lie to cops. In your case, just ask if you're being detained, and then leave. If you're not under detention or arrest you're not obligated to give them personal info, license, ID, or age. Those cops definitely did go overboard with the arrest, but again, it could probably have all been avoided if you refused to give them info and just left the scene asap. Live and learn!
Best of luck Jazmine!
this is someone who is used to being loud and obnoxious to the point where she gets her way and this time it didn't work out 😂
I’m sorry…..I normally am all “back the blue” and stuff but that fiasco with the second girl could have been handled differently. I know she lied about her name and for that she SHOULD pay the piper, but she was already starting to get worked up because she was scared and then the cops gonna jump on her and start screaming and yelling at her, making it 100 times worse. I mean she wasn’t being violent or trying to run away. I just think the cops should have tried to de-escalate the situation first. It just could have been handled better. Like I said…..I normally side with the cops but I believe that girl was TRULY having an anxiety attack and all the screaming and yelling just made it worse. I think they should have brought the “cool” cop (the one that was originally talking to the girls) down there to try to talk to her and get her calmed down. That’s just my opinion.
I agree.
