- On January 9, 2024 in Florida, an officer stopped a vehicle after observing the juvenile occupants not wearing seatbelts. When he confronted the driver, she appeared nervous, and after a moment, she admitted that she wasn't supposed to be driving due to a suspended license going back to 2022 for a hit-and-run with injury. This is footage of the events that followed.

It’s more close to factory farming than what we think this is. Accessory might be too generous, they are used as a tool for situations like this, getting out of rent, borrowing money, and most importantly drawing benefits. It’s depressing knowing how many of these kids never had a chance to break the cycle.
The worst one I saw was the mom caught drunk driving with her kids in the car and later confessed that her 8 month old was home alone because she wanted to go to the pool!!! Absolutely astounding. She never mentioned the baby being home alone until she was in handcuffs, criminals are the most selfish people on the planet.

People get simple tickets then loose their license and instead of not driving they keep driving thinking they will not get caught then they get caught when they get caught then its almost impossible to get them back so they continue the cycle

This is a kind, approachable officer who was patient in the beginning, but started showing his no-nonsense side who started making it clear that he isn't putting up with uncooperative people.

Been driving without a license for well over 10 years. I bought my car, I pay my insurance and I pay for the roads that I have to traverse in order to barely scrape by, and thanks to the government who essentially sold me out to corporations to the point of being indebted to a system that no longer affords me the ability to make a living wage, taxes me at every turn making prosperity harder to attain while they enjoy healthcare and a more than comfortable living on the back of citizens who are the backbone of the country while giving tax breaks to men who can afford to send lobbyist to pad their pockets instead of those they're supposed to represent. The reason that there's not a readily efficient public transit system in this country is because they decided that they could make a lot more money if they flooded the streets with automobiles and taxed the fuel. Even the internet was supposed to be a public resource considering it our tax dollars provided the funding but once again we were sold out because men had lobbyists ready to their pockets and they invent new taxes that they could misappropriate and create further economic disparity and a class of citizens that depended on them which in turn gave them more power while stripping it from us. As well as a class of people who are so stupid that they don't even know what's happening to them. Our 2,000 years you had a small group of people that have manipulated masses of individuals in order to live on easy Street.

I live on a mountain dirt road. The neighbors young wife is constantly speeding on the curvy down hill slick track. She came around the corner one day, at about 40mph, with her kid standing in the front seat, to find me slowly crawling up the mountain on my Caterpillar Back Hoe. She slammed on those brakes, the kid went bouncing off the inside of the windshield, and crumpled on the floorboard. He was fine, just a few bruises, but she had the audacity to try to tell her husband and his father that I was speeding on an 18k pound tractor, going up hill.😂 That thing can barely do 18mph on flat ground, and the other men know it. I had a second talk with her, and her husband and his father the next day, and made it very clear to her that if she had hit the front bucket of that machine, it would split her car in half, her and the kids along with it. I think it went in one ear, and out the other. A week later, she got in a big fight with her husband, beat him, and ripped the cabinet doors off of all the cupboards in the kitchen. He left the house, and the cops picked him up for DV, even though she beat him, and chased him outta the house...

Ehh it’s not a guaranteed trip to jail. If she wasn’t a habitual offender they probably would’ve just towed the car and ticketed her, but it’s his discretion (choice). The officer wasn’t lying. I’ve seen plenty of bodycams where they just tow the car and let ‘em walk off, even some rare instances where they didn’t even tow it and just wrote a ticket.

Not only were her kids not wearing seatbelts, she tried using one as a shield. Then talking on her phone, walking around after being told to stay in one spot, not listening to directions, resisting and even kicked a cop but wants to say “Oh my gaaawd, why you bein’ rude? I’m not doin’ anythang’!”
She’s also a habitual traffic offender. A Habitual Traffic Offender is a person who has accumulated (at least) fifteen moving violations in which points were assessed in five years, or (at least) three major violations in five years. Major offenses include:
Driving while license suspended or revoked
She could get a hardship license to drive her “keeds” around, but her entitled attitude won’t allow her to even think the laws apply to her.
She may have also uttered “All my baby-daddies be in prison” on the way to the jail, but I didn’t see it in the video….
I am convinced that amongst “the ferals”, the whole part of the brain that processes consequences, is not present. It was apparently right beside the “impulse control” lobe….. None of this is anybody else’s fault but hers. But per the usual, her and “her people’s” see her as the victim. Nobody makes you look worse than yourselves, and nobody treats you worse than how you treat each other. Why do very recent Kenyan immigrants and at least thirteen other immigrant races seem perfectly able to succeed and earn more than white people, but these folks can’t seem to get their shit together? If I didn’t do Jack for people for 60 years straight and they kept voting regardless, why would I do anything? It’s all coming to a head though, as they build new housing for illegals in their own neighborhoods, while giving them thousands, and the black citizens get nothing. I forecast some serious issues on the horizon from that. Black people in Detroit Michigan had the highest incomes and standard of living in the whole country, before the democrats and government started “helping” them in 1965. Paying welfare to women with children, but only with no father in the home. How has 60 years of that worked out?

Forget the resisting and escape charges. The fact that this is her 5th offense for driving without a license just shows the laws, and judge rulings, are too lax that she hasn't learned a lesson. What's the point in the rest of us law abiding citizens maintaining a valid driver's license if there's little to no penalty in being forced to do so?
