Ayse's attack almost kills Farya, it kills her unborn baby & makes it almost impossible for her to have more children; & being unable to have children renders her almost valueless to the dynasty. Plus when Ayse tried to have Farya murdered (the first time) when Farya was on the way to Uskadr nothing had even happened between Murad & Farya then & Farya had only just found out about Ayse & the children. At that time Farya just wanted to go home to save her mother & she kept asking for an army to liberate her homeland but Murad never lets her go & he kept refusing.
