How long have you been watching? These Mexico videos are negatively biased, I wonder what parts he visits because my home place in mexicos foods are nowhere to be seen.
You should visit the state of Jalisco, their known for making amazing marinates for meats, they don’t waist any part of the agave plant and many of their dishes have been cooked with the agave leaves or tequila. Their meats are of very good quality( great breeding), amazing seafood and fantastic desserts/ drinks you won’t regret it.
Really enjoyed watching not only all the street food Sonny tasted but also the atmosphere of the market! It’s interesting and enjoyable to see the colorful decorations and local people having fun there😃💓
I do I am Mexican and yes eating like this is amazing try working the land and seating by the fire and heat up the food there on the fire so delicious u just can't describe it

The meat tastes like actual meat, if we all pay attention this is why certain foods aka a certain Mc Clown in this example is given the flavor of it is not sweet enough it tastes of in the words of natives of other places who have never had it before but, beef, pork and chicken if not pumped full of chemicals are sweet when cooked with or without spice especially beef. In the US I do not even think such meat exists anymore, no joking whatsoever.

My favorite thing about the other channel is how professional it is and somehow my favorite thing here how relaxed it is haha. Both work so well and are uniquely good.
A street vendor in Hermosillo taught me to grill those beautiful scallion type onions to a charred black. Then you peel off that charred layer to a steaming white inside, which you then squeeze lime juice onto, and enjoy just as its own side dish. Try it sometime. Very yummy.

the taco must always be horizontal (or in this case, the tlayuda), so that the content does not slip, you must tilt your head at 45 degrees to the side to bite... that's the secret and do not be afraid to ask them to cut the piece (in this case, the tlayuda) in two or three parts, they will gladly do it... and lemon juice.... the secret es add lemon juice to the meet...

I have lived in Oaxaca since September after visiting for 20 years. I love learning new things about a city I really have come to enjoy. Actually though, Tequila is just civilized Mezcal. I love the Mezcal complexity. Keep up the good work, and find more good food!
