    Hi. I just bought a new 580 printer, it will print on regular 70gsm paper, but cannot pick up my sticker photopaper. I heard like noises from the rollers like it is trying to pick up the paper, and some loud noises and causing dent to my sticker paper. Then it will have the E4 error.

    I hv installed HP smart tank 589 printer.. whenever i am trying to take a printout i am unable to select paper size to A4.. it is not showing A4 size option.. option available are letter, legal etc.. plz help

    I canceled a document from printing, then I pulled it through the front of the machine and since then I've been getting jams unable to print at all. Its as if there's something blocking the paper but I cant see anything inside.

    My problem is .. the printer doesn’t release just 1 paper. It’ll try to print with 2-10papers and then jam. Even with me adjusting

    My printer just shooting papers it don't even printing test paper or alignment paper i have hp 525

      @@HPSupport My printer is HP smart tank 525,
      Printer does not show any error when I print it take paper and slowly eject it and after ejecting it starts shooting papers and only stop when paper tray get empty and show paper jam error, when I press arrow button it does same thing, start shooting papers continuesly, if I cancel printing it stop shooting papers and behave normally no error show 00 in display
      I don't know what's going on everything is good in printer but it's sppits paper
      I tried to print alignment paper but it not even printing alignment paper
      Pls help me

    This was completely useless - turn plug off for 4 days, has 'load paper' error - would print scans, but not print out - uninstalled the entire printer, reinstalled, worked again - much faster than all of this faff.
