    Hi, in general, how many pages of colour printing can the printer head last before require changes on average.

      HP printheads usually have an expiration date printed on the head. Typically this date is either one year, one-and-a-half years or two years from the manufactured date, depending on your plotter model. If the printhead is used past this date, HP does not guarantee the print quality.

      @@HPSupport I'm sorry perhaps you have misunderstood my question.
      I have an Ink tank printer of other brands where after about 5k to 6k prints the print head starts to malfunction and make a mess of inks in the printer itself, so I will just change the print head about 5k worth of printed paper and also by judging the quality of the print before it mess up the printer.
      My question is for HP Ink Tank 580 series about how many prints before the ink head starts to malfunction.

    I use original paint from HP GT53xl and it is pigmented, although the websites indicate that it is water-soluble. Recommend me black water-soluble paint for hp smart tank 580!

    The installation of the heads is tricky…. So this video should really slow down and add extra support in that area. Clearly made by consultants with zero customer experience

      Same problem, no matter what I do the printer will not show in the app, can't connect via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth etc. Reset, on/off etc nothing works

    Just brought a new HP 581 installed ink and after that error E3 comes and print heads are not coming to centre. Kindly advise the solution. Printer is 5 mins old. This is kind of a let down.

    After printing a page, my NEW printer is making a "clicking" noise. It happens when the print heads are aligning. I've checked and do not see any packing tape. Any idea why? Is it because its brand new? I HAVE printed a full color page and it seems to work wonderfully.

    Can someone please tell me what is the average time to print a color page.
    Because i just installed this printer and try to print a color page and it took 5 mintues!
    I print 2 pages and it took more than 10 minutes. Is that normal? Or is just that in the begining?

    I have a HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M130 and cannot find any label with the PIN number. The back panel has the serial number and the cartridge area has a number RU7-8675-000 >PP< and a bar code with VND3J10387 which is the serial number. No PIN number! Help!

    The 5102 is eating multiple stacks of paper at a time, and jamming continuously.. I'm taking it back for a refund..

      The ones that use toners/ cartridges are rubbish, the toners don't even last 1000 prints for the black printers.

      I've got a HP Jet printer it's quite a old model 3536 but I have no issues connecting it wirelessly. WiFi print works fine. I guess it depends on your processor and the type of smart phone /android. If both your pc and smarty phone is old than your HP printer can't really detect or complete the set up. Speaking from my experience. I used my old smart phone nothing worked ,used my old pc nothing works. As soon as I got a new pc and smart phone my HP detects it. And now I've got a brand new HP580
