Even up to date there is still no motorcycle that have such a sweet sound... Probably one of the most underrated motorcycles of the century and should by no means be underestimated!
When the first ZZR 1100 models ( C1 ) was launched - it made so much torque that if it got hammered from pull it tend to jump out of 2nd gear... The C2-C3's were 👍... They were also somewhat lighter than the 'D' models but the 'D' was just a true upgrade, the suspension seemed a bit softer for one significant difference to mention though the engine remained basicly unchanged but a stronger - advanced gearbox with an added ram-air induct gave it more grunt for the revvs and a slightly higher top speed but apparently the quartermile times n 'speeds stock were very similar...
I put Black Widow 4 × 2 on my zx11 and absolutely love the sound. There pretty mellow if u are at lower RPMs. But when your cruising at 80mph or 90 and drop to 3rd or especially 2nd and give it a good wack it instantly morphes into the Frigging Monster we know and love. Mine has under 20k on the clock. Literally a barn find. He put over 7k into it. Needed to sell very asap. I offered all the cash I had which was 2200. And he took it. Couldn't believe he accepted it. But I had to take it right now. Wife trouble I guess. So I rode it home in a storm of rain , wind and lightning. Thanks g
Já tive a minha em 2010 linda e foi a minha primeira moto grande, creio que comecei em alto estilo na época. Tive que vender. Mas quem sabe da certo e pego outra?! Meu de sonho.
i've ridden a ZX6R in a parking lot scenario (wouldn't trust it on the road because i'm too big for it) but i assure you (i own one) the ZX11 pulls like a freight train in comparison. also, i don't know where everyone gets the 600+ figure, but i'm pretty sure she's in the 500s.
@@DaemonWulf7 549lbs dry weight. 603lbs pounds on the street with a full tank of gas. She’s heavy. What year ninja 600 do you own? I have owned two GSXR 1K’s 2011 and a 2007. And they are the exact same size as my 2019 Ninja ZX6R. 🤷♂️ The liter bikes are only about 20-30 pounds heavier is all. When I had both GSXR 1K’s, every where I went. People asked, “Is that a 600?” “Is that a 600????” Lol. I have no doubt that the ZX11 feels and looks big though. I had an older 1999 ZX7R Ninja and it was super heavy, and felt big for some reason.
Nothing compares to the classic bikes of the 90s. I've got a 636 in my garage along with 4 other bikes. The little Ninja will never have the soul of a carbureted ZX11 regardless of how much quicker it may or may not be around a track.
I'm using Gen mar 1.25 risers. They made a tremendous difference however I'm even going to go one step further and install Concourse 1000 handlebars on top of the Gen Mars , the only thing I needed to do was add longer front brake line , this will give me an additional 1.25
ZX-11 in a 6th gear roll on with an XX Blackbird, from 50 mph, will out pull the Blackbird until around 130 mph, where the XX will slowly inching forward... Documented FACT
Blackbird is copycat Junk, LOL......it only had like 3mph faster top speed or some Bullshit.....something you'll NEVER see on the street anyways....besides 99% of ZX11's are modded and Outrun it anyways
@@94SexyStang Had a Blackbird for 10 years, great machine, mine was very modded, inverted Busa front end gen 2 and more, sold it in 2017 then a 14, sold it 2 yrs ago and now have a ZX11 as well as a 9R, I feel the ZX has a little more motor, but the XX was very good.
@@onomehtenialb yes... I know that the ZZR 1100 have better roll on stomp than the XX... Though I won't look down on the XX for it's an awesome machine - bulletproof engine 👌, , the upper fairing is a tad to narrow in my opinion and the mirrors tend to get somewhat wobbly at high speeds - the first carb mods made too much crank power which caused the bike to tank flap... And the redicilous top speed claims proved itself as a bit of a disappointment unto the owners though... 3.6mkh difference on the top end between the XX and ZX in comparison to power to weight ratio and displacement ( XX - 1137cc to ZX - 1052cc ) didn't impress me though, and the ZX made 138bhp on the rear wheel and the XX 141bhp depending on numerous factors of course namely, the pilot, weather , road conditions and wind of course... But the ZX / ZZR's stock exhaust and ram-air sound gives me tingles whereas the XX was / is rather could I say more civilized lol...
@@94SexyStang sorry I disagree with your status sir, the XX was not junk at all... It was an awesome machine... But the ZZR would always be my choice between the two simply due to the sound...

The CB-X sounds far better. So does the Z1300. I do own this bike but in the US Version ZX11
Blast from the past... What a legend...
I LOVE the starter sound
Legendary Kawasaki love it like always 🔥♥️
amo esta moto, prometo dedicar mi esfuerzo en tenerla

600+ pounds and 145hp at the motor. We’ve come along ways since then.
just a newer 2013+ ZX6R is 420 pounds and 131hp at the motor.

it did that had a Micron full system
