    If you add a 2lb. Bag of Stainless Steel Media and just one Table Spoon of Lemon Juice along with your dish detergent to the "Little Guy" you will receive even greater results.
    I was pretty impressed with your results just from the soap and water alone. Trust me on the addition of Stainless Steel Media and Lemon Juice, you will need your sun 😎 glasses.
    Love and Appreciate your videos.

      does adding stainless steel media mean less brass?

      @@TheRealJimmy831 Yes it would. What ever brand of Tumbler you might own, you would still want to keep within it's weight limitations.
      The results you get from the S.S. Media are very noticeable.😉

    If anyone else has problems with the LITE version not tumbling enough, aka: the brass and pins just kind of sit on the bottom and don’t really bounce and tumble around enough, all you need is a plastic hanger and some snips. Just use a thinner plastic hanger, not a fat heavy duty one. What I did is I just put one shoulder end of the plastic hanger down until it touched the bottom of the drum, then I measured just below the inside lip of the outer edge of the drum. Then I cut the two bars of the hanger and trimmed the hook off and the two “loose”end of the hanger now fit in between the drum and clear plastic viewing insert. Now when I screw the cap on, and start it on the motor. You can see the hanger modification down in there and see it agitating the brass and pins and causes it all to actually fully tumble and move around. Cut my cleaning time in half with plastic hanger!!!

    I use 1/4 teaspoon of the Lemi Shine, 1 Cap full of Armor All Auto Wash and Wax, hot water from sink and no pins.They are too much to deal with. I cut one leg off an old pair of jeans, sewed the cuff shut and dump the wet pins in. Roll them around in the jean leg and they come out with no excess water. Left then dry in the sun. I'm done and get very good results. Just a side note, if you use too much Lemi Shine or tumble the brass too long you will start to remove the Zine from the brass and get a Rose color. If this happens, cut the amount of L.S.

    I just cut 6 pieces of plastic coat hangers (1/4" round) to lay in each crease of the jug. Will be hot gluing them in place right after I scratch the inside up real good. Then I will try adding layers of plasti-dip or some type of rubber coating for porches/decks. This should make the cases tumble quietly.

    I will not buy it, no rubber in the tank, have the big one and can rinse brass through it,separate brass if you use stainless media, they lock together and use a paint screen or a nylon sock to catch the pins, place in the dryer and dry both brass and pins, I use their brass cleaner and it works great with a little lem-shine, again if they would have rubberized the inside of that little tank I would have bought one otherwise they make a great product,develop your system, separate brass by size, I use their dryer and it works great if you have little space just use your oven,use a media separator and make sure all pins get removed, good luck.

    • @thetexasrat
      @thetexasrat Год назад

      All you have to do is add a coat or two of bed-liner to the inside of the tub.

    • @wadepederson8457
      @wadepederson8457 Год назад +1

      @thetexasrat That's a thought, but bed liner is or gets hard as flint but there is some other product that you can spray or coat the inside with. I think it's called flexseal it's more rubber like, just a little feedback.

    • @thetexasrat
      @thetexasrat Год назад +1

      @@wadepederson8457 OK, maybe bed-liner is too hard, but flex seal is way to soft. At least the spray can stuff is, and if the buckets are the exact same stuff I would find something else.
      From Flexsezal support -
      Question: Can this used on vinyl upholstery ?
      Answer: Hey there! Certain rubbers, vinyl, and plasticized materials may resist adhesion from the Flex Seal Family of Products due to a high number of polyolefins. This polymer is added by manufacturers in undisclosed amounts to help the surface resist environmental factors and weathering. For this reason, we recommend testing a small area to ensure desired results and proper adhesion.
      Yet there must be something out their that will stick well and not tear all to pieces by the tumbling cases that is not two hard. I would think one would need to scratch the inside deeply to help what ever adhere good.

    • @wadepederson8457
      @wadepederson8457 Год назад

      @thetexasrat maybe contacting the manufacturer to see if they would give up a little secret to see what they use, I have their big tumbler and that's has great rubber like lining and I can do all my prep, tumble, dry and load, sure like to know what they use or why they don't coat the small drums, hope everything works out for ya good luck.

    • @wadepederson8457
      @wadepederson8457 Год назад +1

      @thetexasrat I got your question on vinyl. I did try it on a vinyl seat, and it was a total waste time and money it came right off, and with all the prep. I don't know what it would do on cloth, it may bond on it well, I found some other rubber like stuff, but you have to take out a mortgage to buy it.good luck.
